Im sure the bed is good but it was not assembled properly by the first delivery crew apparently. The crew said a part was missing so one of them notified customer service. No problem. Customer service ordered an entire new base. The second delivery crew came and said theres nothing wrong with the bed apart from the fact that a bar that goes across the base had not been assembled. They did it and off they went. Poor guys had lugged the spare base up two flights of stairs. I was moving, very, very tired and not particularly with it ( those of you who have moved home solo will know what l mean). Anyway so far bed is okay. In the past l had ordered 2 other ottoman style beds for my mum and brother and theirs were fine. Just feel a lot of time and energy was wasted with my experience because l had to wait a week for the second delivery crew to arrive and could not make use of the ottoman feature.

The mattress is deliciously comfortable and yet reassuringly supportive. Absoultely fantastic purchase and can't believe i waited this long to actually purchase a new bed and mattress. From our initial store visit to the guys building the bed, was a great experience in dealing with DREAMS and would highly recommend them to anyone, who is in the market to purchase a new bed/mattress. Sales staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful and order and delivery process, we were continually kept up to date with. The bed is 10/10 for comfort and since we've had the new bed, i find myself going to bed earlier and earlier, as it's just too much comfort. The Grove bedframe is just what we needed. The amount of storage space in the ottoman is an absolute game changer! I've decluttered my cuboards and stored my things neatly under the bed. Way better than bed drawers in my opinion. Only slight negative is that its a little heavy to lift the bed up tp reach the storage so i wouldnt recommend this for anyone with lower back problems unless you arent planning to open the ottoman often. I love the style and the colour of the bed frame and the headboard, they feel really luxurious and expensive. Delivery was great, bed arrived half an hour early, the drivers rang to make sure this was ok. We paid for the bed assembly and there was no fuss or mess and it was all done really quickly.

I would rate the bed its self 4 stars. There is lots of great storage underneath the bed due to the ottoman style. However once you add the weight of the mattress to this the ability to lift and lower the bed frame is challenging. The service I received in store while ordering the bed and mattress was 5 stars. Great staff who were happy to help and a fantastic price. Delivery - it is a this point that the service from Dreams took a nose dive. We were delivered an ex-display mattress which was stained and mid-shaped at the height of the pandemic. A number of phone calls later and a 2 week delay then resulted in a new mattress. 1 star

Got upgraded after bed I originally ordered was not available. The velvet grove bed is amazing and Im so pleased about getting it. Put it together myself, no help, could have done with an extra pair of hands but I managed it .. all good. Very sturdy and the mattress is really comfortable Delivery not so good, the guys were early and I had not finished taking down the bed and the threatened to leave without removing my old bed (recycling service) , found this quite an ordeal and upsetting. But being upgraded to a better than expected bed, far outweighs any problems. Would recommend the bed.

This is a beautiful bed, not too hard to put together and quality is excellent. Missing a box of parts but a quick mail and the parts were sent following day. Only negative is that I went to Chingford store to look at the bed before purchasing and asked if it was likely to have a price reduce with up come sales / Black Friday and was informed it would not as was already heavily discounted, but alas 2 short weeks later its 100 less than what I paid for it. Disappointed as I have always purchased beds/ mattresses from dreams as they are usually very reliable. You live and learn.

I finally treated myself to a new bed. As much as I love the velvet look, I really didnt like the designs with the buttons but fell in love with the Grove. As much as I would have preferred to go to a store and see it, I took a chance. Next, I had to put it together with the help of my 13yr old and it was so easy. I couldnt be happier. I even go up to my bedroom just to look at it, I love it that much. As much as I didnt think I needed the under bed storage, I do use it and there is so much room down there. Overall, very elegant and extremely happy.

Beautiful design and well worth the money. Roomy storage underneath. Takes up a lot of room but this was all intentional as my bedroom is mostly bed and I wanted one to fill the space. The dimensions were freely available. Definitely pay to have them assemble it for you as the Ottoman design isnt straight forward. Its also super heavy so you wont be able to move it once built and you cant push it as itll pull the carpet. Definitely plan exactly where you want it in the room down to the last inch.

The bed is wonderful and has so many brilliant functions. Weve attached our sky q mini box to it and have made it into a bedroom theatre system. Topped with a tempur mattress it is extremely comfortable and the sleep motion allows us to adjust our posture which can help with snoring too. I plan on attaching an Xbox/ PlayStation to it in the future. There were some issues with the assembly but the customer care team have kindly rescheduled another visit by the assembly team to help us with it.

The bed frame is as advertised, plenty of storage space which is easy to access and safe to use with the safety metal device that keeps it supported for that peace of mind when packing your clothes.Very convenient if you need that extra space for you clothes. The head board is comfortable all round allowing you to adopt any sitting position while leaning on it.To complete this masterpiece, I would advise one gets the complete set to include the mattress and bedside table. The result is amazing.

Beautiful bed. Looks great in our bedroom. Mostly good quality however the base of the ottoman would benefit from being made of a stronger material. I think it's plywood covered in material. About an hour after our bed was delivered and assembled, I started to place items in the storage part. I was sat on the floor and leant across (still sat on floor) to push items further back. I put my hand on the base to support myself and the board cracked. Not sure if these boards can be replaced?

Love the bed and we went for the revive mattress that is made from old plastic bottles to go with it. Ottoman storage is amazing as we went for superking. Only reason i'm giving 4 stars is due to one of the wooden slats on the bed being broken upon arrival. Dreams agreed to send a replacement 9 days later which meant we had to make do and build the bed due to us getting rid of our old one and then dismantle to send back. Overall fine now its done but was a bit of a hassle.

Im very pleased with my purchase of this bed my partner and I looked at a lot before deciding on this one. The bed arrived well protected in the packaging with no damage it was easy to build with instructions and very sturdy once built. We have the super king ottoman base the lift works well its been comfy to sleep on. It looks very stylish in our room the blue colour and design of the stitching on the headboard are quite unique and made well, I think it was good value.

A very sturdy bed , given that home assembly was not a option , I assembled the bed myself and it was a lot more simple than I had expected and also was good to see how much strength and support went into making the frame solid . The quality of the fabric was very high and there were no marks from the transport , this was probably down to the packaging being so good and well covered . All in all the bed was a lot better than I had even hoped for . Very pleased

Very ocerwhelmed with the good service I obtained from Dreams. The staff were pleasant and were very assuring as well as offering us a coffee during our visit and also allowing us to try different mattresses. They also offered us an experience to test which mattress would be perfect for us by moulding it around us. This bed will give any bedroom a BOLD feature piece of furniture whilst still remaining not OTT(Oman). Haha pun intended. The bed feels sturdy in construction and has a soft smooth velvet like finish to the material. The large flared padded headboard really draws your attention and is a comfy god send when sitting up to read or watch some TV whilst holding a newborn. Overall a great bed so far money well spent!

Beautiful petrol blue coloured bed. I love the glamorous look of it. Covid times meant that myself and my partner had to assemble it. We approached this methodically and it took about 4 hours. Love the storage within the bed. Only slight complaint is that the base of the storage area is not massively robust, I wouldnt put anything overly heavy in there, but its great for extra blankets etc.

We had great help in the Cheltenham branch by Ian the manager. We popped in a few times to make sure we made the right decision. The product was delivered to our room of choice for us to assemble. Only shame as to why it a 4 star review is we placed the order in 31st August 2021 and it was delivered 8th Jan 2022 so we waited a long time for the bed to come into stock.

I've had the bed nearly 6 weeks now and it's very comfortable and the frame is really stylish. The storage underneath is great because I can keep all my linen there and it doesn't get dusty. Absolutely gorgeous bed! Feels very luxurious and the headboard was bigger than I expected - which is a good thing! Very easy to put together and I am shocking at DIY. I did 90% of it and had my husband help with a few bits. Dont regret buying this at all and looks far more expensive than it is. Great amount of storage too. Love it!

Its lovely. It went together really easy, and was straightforward. After being built it feels very sturdy and the headboard is lovely and big, really feels inviting! The lifting mechanism is really good too although you need to be careful about putting it back down as it can drop quite dramatically. But otherwise a great product .

After being let down by Benson for beds who just provided delays and lies after lies we turned to Dreams. The shop staff were amazing, recommended a great mattress and bed. The Bed is very nice but the delivery drivers were very rude. First saying I hadnt paid for the recycle service so couldnt take my bed so I had to prove I had paid. They then demanded I wrapped the bed in the mattress cover (not the mattresses as there wasnt one). This required two bags but was only sent the mattress cover bag.

The bed is excellent and incredibly well made. It looks and feels like the highest of quality. Got this in a sale for 699 absolute bargain at this price. Really solid bed base and lovely headboard. Ottoman has staggering amount of storage, feels sturdy. Not as easy as described to put together and the closing of the ottoman is a little clunky/heavy! Also the base of the bed underneath isnt very strong so limits what can be stored underneath. However that aside the bed is lovely, the design/colour is great and theres plenty of storage underneath.
