Ray's favourite sleeping position
"Sleep is the elusive elixir of youth and well-being! I must admit, sleep hasn't been my best friend in recent years. As someone in his 50s, I find that a full night's sleep is more of a luxury than a given. My back issues certainly don't make things easier; they've been a constant companion, especially at night.
To tackle this, I've been on a bit of a 'mattress safari,' if you will. I've been trialing different types of mattresses to see which one could be the key to unlocking better sleep for me. So far, it seems that a firmer tension mattress is showing promise. When combined with sleeping on my back, it appears to alleviate some of the discomfort I usually experience.
It's an ongoing experiment, but I'm hopeful. The aim is to find that perfect combination that allows me to wake up feeling more refreshed and less like I've wrestled with my bedding all night. After all, a good night's sleep is invaluable when it comes to the creative process and simply enjoying life's finer moments."
