The whole process with Dreams was seamless. We looked online and then went to store to test out the mattresses and look at the beds in person. We used the sleep machine to test which mattresses were right for us - which was very helpful. The sales assistant in store was so helpful and genuine. We were able to complete our whole purchase instore and organise the delivery date. We were then able to move the date a couple of times too to accommodate our decorating needs in our new home. When the delivery men arrived they were careful when moving the new bed into its new location - we paid for assembly and it was the best thing! It took away the stress. This is a beautiful looking bed and the headboard really makes it. The material of the bed is really nice and will go with any decor. I risked ordering without viewing as the closest store with it on show was over 2 hours away. With regards to assembling it, it definitely took us a lot longer than an hour, and I wouldn't go as far as saying it was easy. As much as I love how it looks the sides are quite flimsy, the base of the ottoman storage cheap looking as well as the plastic legs of the bed considering the high price tag. Can't fault the service received from the staff in store. They were able to show a sample of the material in store even though they didn't have the bed on show.

We love this bed. We selected this bed from an initial choice of five, we went through all the reviews and weighed up everything. But its well worth it. Base is solid, lifting mechanism is smooth, the lining in the base does fit well. We have filled canvas zipped boxes which all fit well and this hasnt pulled the lining away from the frame. We just purchased the frame, but our mattress fits perfectly. Theres also no squeaking when we need to get up in the middle of the night and to top it off, it looks amazing. We love this bed, its stylish, practical and delivery was quick and all well organised. Thank you Dreams!

Bed is great, looks really good and comfortable to sleep on. The bottom of the storage ottoman is just a thin piece of material and doesnt have a quality feel but this isnt visable day to day. Delivery was okay... delivery men scraped up our stairwell walls and still waiting to hear back from dreams on this. Everyone i speak to at customer service is lovely and accomodating but nothing seems to come it. We also ordered a super king duvet with our purchase and this has been sent out incorrectly twice now, third duvet arrived today - fingers crossed!

I looked at a few beds on different sites while trying to decide and kept coming back to this one, love the colour as its very neutral so goes with anything, so comfortable but the icing on the cake was the storage. I cant believe how much space there is. Bonus was the customer service, nothing was a problem even though I bought this in lockdown, service was 5* all the way right down to delivery and completion of my bed. Dont want to leave my bed!! What more is there to say. We purchased this bed in the sale which we thought was an absolute bargain. Everyone comments on how beautiful the bed is, especially the headboard. Its a centre piece to our room. We got the superking and I now never want to leave my bed (not sure if this is a good or bad thing when I need to be somewhere). Would highly recommend. Also went In store and felt so comfortable talking to the sales people, very welcoming and accommodating.

Great looking Ottoman bed, I would say its more of light grey colour but still beautiful..it was kind of easy to assemble most of the bed with the help of two people but I needed help from dreams because I couldnt assemble springs parts (which they only charged me 35 because I assembled most of the bed myself but still had to wait another week for them to come out and fit it, I would say pay the 70 for them to come out and fit the bed up for you because its easier and less stressful!

I went into the store looking for a double bed with drawers. However when I walked around the Charlie caught my eye. It had been reduced by over 500 and upon looking at the ottoman mechanism seemed very sturdy following a bad experience with a previous ottoman bed. Its a gorgeous colour and the fabric feels nice. I love how high the head board sits and also the storage space under the bed. Really happy with my purchase. Not to mention the fabulous guys that installed it.

Instructions need a review, says not to lift ottoman without mattress but then you have to, to attached the gas struts. Also the hoops to stop the mattress slipping when lifting the frame are not bolted in place and fall off. At this price point this is really not on, they have nothing to hold them in place, they rattle too, I've had to take them off. The price of this bed has gone up by 100 since I bought it, it was not on sale.

Delivery communication was very good and guys were very professional. My cat was jumping around while they were assembling the bed but they were very careful about it and making sure that my cat is safe . They could have asked me to take the cat away but they didnt which shows their respect for pets . Bed is only 2 weeks old . It looks solid and elegant . I am sure it will last for many years . I recommend buying from here

Love my new Dreams bed. The mattress is nice and comfy, not too firm not too soft!!!! and it's a joy to swing my legs over and for my feet to touch the floor, unlike my old bed which was very high.....I'd have to 'launch' myself to get into bed!!!!! As for the Ottoman base, it's fantastic!!!! so much storage and I'm not particularly strong but even I can raise the mechanism up with not too much difficulty. Thank you Dreams.

Awesome bed. The design of the frame, height of the headboard, lovely velvet finish and great space creation underneath with the high opening ottoman frame. Easy to lift and put down nicely even with a heavy mattress on top and holds itself open with no fears of it falling. After seeing it in store it really helped me visualize how it would look in my room, I really recommend going into a store to check it out.

I LOVE this bed, it looks great and has so much space underneath. The headboard whilst big still doesnt take up much space, which was key when I was looking for a new bed. There is a darker thread in the linen which you cant see in the pictures, so heads up for that. I also have a kitten who is keen to test out the fabric and you cant tell. So if youre looking for a great and hardy bed, look no further.

Bought another super king but didn't like it. They exchanged no questions asked, honoured a sale price on the new bed and unassembled and assembled the beds free of charge. Can't praise them enough. Would put dreams top of the list in future when looking for beds. The Charlie bed is great. Storage at the bottom is massive although it isn't a fixed wooden base it does the job well. Very pleased!

Its easy to put together, but I would recommend getting someone to help you as there are parts are a quite heavy. The quality is the best Ive had and its completely changed the look of my bedroom - its like Im staying in a fancy hotel. I purchased a Dreams mattress with the bed and its the comfiest mattress Ive ever slept on. Ive had much better sleep since buying from Dreams.

Almost perfect. The bed arrived on time and was easy enough to assemble, the only issue was there are no drilled holes in the metalwork with the slats to attach the safety pole for the ottoman lift mechanism. The bed is lovely, feels solid and is so much more comfortable than our old divan base bed (we didnt change the mattress so this was a really surprising additional benefit)

I bought the Charlie a week ago and due to a conflict with the time my new carpet was laid had to cancel the set up I had arranged with dreams. My son-in--law put it up for me and said it was quite straight forward and the end result is excellent. Dreams service was also extremely good with a full refund given on the cancelled fitting without quibble and done quickly.

Got the Charlie bed set up this week and could not be happier. The service from dreams was great, booked assembly and this was done within an hour. The material of the headboard looks even nicer as on the photos, its a blend of grey and beige so goes well with most colours. Storage capacity is decent too. Looked great in the store. Salesman explained about a promotion that was on the bed at the time. We're we already being drawn to it so this made it even more appealing. Headboard is lovely. Disappointed with the sides of the bed how thin they are. You can bend them with ease, even when the bed is fully built and bolted together. Also the base of the ottoman is Velcro and just rips off as soon as you put stuff in the ottoman. I have a bed that was a similar price from another company and the quality is no comparison.

So pleased with my new bed. It looks brilliant and you can fit so much in the ottoman storage. A couple of the feet arrived damaged/cracked but fortunately we were still able to use them as we turned the cracked side inwards so they cant be seen. A little disappointing due to the cost of the bed but as it was useable we decided to use them.

I brought this bedframe as my old one needed replacing. I love it as it is very comfortable and lots of space underneath to store items out of the way. Power assisted but still quite hard to lift up to store items but I am hoping it will wear in and get easier as I have only had this for 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend.

The headboard is very comfortable to sit up against and the bed itself is made from really good material. We have a really heavy mattress and the ottoman lifts and holds with no issues from the weight. The colour is also nice and can go with most colour schemes in the bedroom! Happy with the bed in general, there was a lot of confusion between different members of the Dreams staff over the safety bar feature. The bar was included in the kit but there was no way to attach it to the bed. This is apparently a new feature, but the beds have not been update to allow it to work.

The product itself was very easy to build. My daughter and I managed to build it within 45mins. The instructions were clear and the holes, bolts etc were all clearly marked. The only reason why i deducted a star is the side panels are not as robust as they look.

Loved the look of this bed and am not disappointed. The wingback headboard is large and this really makes the bed stand out, but it is neutral enough to chime with any decor. Ample storage underneath. Took around 2 hours to assemble.

Bed is beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for. Tricky to put together so would recommend paying for that service. Cons - the base is hollow and has no solid floor, it is just a fabric Velcrod to the bottom.

Bed deserves a 4 star rating for it appearance but I couldnt give 5 stars because the ottoman storage area insert is very flimsy and the velcro is already coming off and I havent even stored anything in there.

Really nice quality bed. Easy to put together but at the front of the instructions it tells you not to lift the Ottoman until the mattress is on there but then during the instructions you have to do so anyway.
