I'm loving my new mattress so far. When I'm laid down it's really comfy. Soft to lay on and aligns with your body posture. When I sit up, it seems to sink down a bit though. It is also much deeper then I anticipated. I will need to buy some deeper fitted sheets. But that was my error as the measurements were clearly stated. My divan base is already deep and now topped with the mattress, I have to jump slightly to sit on the bed! Then my feet are dangling about 6" from the floor. I'm 5' 6" but have short legs! I've never paid as much for a mattress, but if the firmness and comfy top layer last a few years, I will be very pleased I did, and will remain very satisfied with my new mattress. I went into my local Bensons not reallly knowing what mattress I needed to replace my old one. The assistant in the store did not rush me while I tried a variety of mattresses some of them 2 or 3 times before deciding on the one for me. The transaction was quick and almost immediately I received updates on my phone for delivery dates and insurance cover. The mattress was delivered precisely at the time allocated and the delivery team were happy to carry the mattress up my narrow lane to my house. They put the new mattress in its new place and retrieved the old mattress to take away with them. Along with the mattress came full instructions for best methods of looking after it. I would throughly recommend Bensons for bed or mattress purchases. They have a clever instrument for finding the best bed type to suit your requirements although it was not necessary for my purchase.

Bought the matress from your Paisley store.Staff were very helpfull and friendly.I was given some very good advice about the various types of matresses available and invited to try some instore..After making my choice of matress I was given a very good delivery time and date.,On the day of delivery I was contacted and given a 2 hour time slot.,The delivery was well within the time slot and again the staff were very friendly and well organised.Overall the experience was first class Thanks to all concerned.I have now had the matress a few weeks and have no complaints at all .My problem now is trying to get up in the morning.YES ITs very comforable.......... My old mattress was a memory foam, that had developed dementia-it forgot to come back into shape. My new one is so comfortable and I'm getting better night's sleep. I'm suffering with sciatica and this mattress has certainly eased my back pain that I'm finding it difficult to get up each morning and face the day. A good purchase and the lady Janet, who gave us advice etc certainly had good knowledge that she gave us.The two men Matt and Eddy, that delivered my mattress also gave me information and were very efficient and careful when they put the mattress in situ. We have had the mattress 2 weeks since delivery, we have just returned from a week away so this will only be our second week sleeping on it. The first week was fine apart from having a slight back ache which was to be expected. My wife has said how nice it is to sleep on but having just had a replacement shoulder it is difficult to get comfortable and she sleeps on her back permanently. This second week is much the same as the first week having a slight back ache again, however I am finding that I am sleeping for slightly longer periods. So far so good but to early to give a better indication of how much better it will be.

I Purchased two single Slumberland Air 3.0 mattresses from your St Helens store , the sales assistant was excellent with her recommendations as were the delivery team.. The mattresses are really comfortable and have surpassed my expectations, the best nights sleep have had in a long time. . Kevin and Tony who delivered the mattress were fabulous, really helpful and kind. The mattress is a dream, I had a knee replacement in January and have not had very good sleep since. On my first night I slept like a dream, on waking I had no leg pain what so ever. I can not believe that a mattress could make such a difference to leg well being. A nod to Mark at the Broadstairs store for all his advise and help when choosing the mattress and the care package, pillow etc. Really pleased with my whole buying trip with Bensons.

It's a very comfortable mattress but for me slightly a bit to soft as I've always had orthopaedic mattress because of my bad back Saying that I have problems with my hips and knees now so it's nicer to sleep on for that reason had a very comfy nights sleep which is what I wanted I've only had the bed and mattress a few weeks so the review for me is too soon It w As quite expensive so it's long term I hope my mattress will still be as good as Very pleased with my purchase at moment

I purchased this product as a replacement to my aging mattress hoping for a better nights sleep.The actual comfort feel is acceptable but because of the materials used in the manufacture it causes an unacceptable heat generation resulting in having to remove top bedding to cool down which in turn of course causes too rapid a cool off leading to a very interrupted sleep pattern, also the actual thickness or depth is far higher than necessary, my wife now needs a step to get into bed

The delivery team were amazing helpful very professional can't praxes them enough. I found it rather strange to begin with, it is higher than my last mattress - woke up in the middle of the night and panicked as I was too close to ceiling and panicked some more when the floor disappeared. It is not that comfortable to sit on but when you lay down it is fantastic- it seems to have stopped me from dreaming- my back feels much better and I get a greats nights sleep zzzzzz

we attended benson for beds in Renfrew. When we walked into the shop we immediately felt at ease and where well looked after. Had the best night's sleep I've had in ages even on first night and every one after. The guys were amazing carrying everything up to my loft which was difficult around all the corners but it was well worth it for me. It's just the most perfectly comfy mattress I've had in ages. I was assured it would make sleeping with an arthritic hip less painful: "My father also has an arthritic hip and has gone for the same mattress." It is no better than the others in the house that I modified since my wife died and came to Bensons as a desperate final hope..... quite expensive as it turned out so my guess is that I have a painful hip that does not allow for 'A good night's sleep'.....so I'll just have to accept it.

Had a simba which slumped in the middle. Changed to this mattress and it's very comfy. Very supportive as is a firm mattress. Very pleased that we have avoided getting a bad back, which usually happens in the first couple weeks of changing mattresses. It took a few nights to get used to it, plus it is a little higher than our previous bed. We are now happy with our new bed. The actual service of delivery was faultless. We had two young men, Robe and Ben and they kept us up to date with the timekeeping and delivery and were very punctual. They both removed their shoes on entering the house, and it was delivered with all the plastic removed in about ten minutes!

The change of mattress has brought about a real difference to both sleeping and relaxing. Sleep patterns are so much better during the night, even in the warmer weather when it was previously so disturbingly hot. Been on the bed for a month now. Very comfortable for both of us who are just over the age of 50 and unfortunately hitting the stage in life where most things ache.. I'm afraid this mattress is VERY firm for me.... feels completely different to the one tried in the store and in fact, I've had to purchase a mattress topper to make it bearable. Thus negating any saving I made on the actual mattress. I think I should have tried to exchange it but that process was a hassle to be honest, and had further costs involved. Very comfortable firm mattress slept like a log. Mattress forms to body but does not leave a hollow impression Easy to rotate, although you need two people to do this. The only downside is that the fitted sheet does not fit the mattress tightly This is not a fault of the mattress, it is due to the over generous proportions of the sheet suppliers Would definitely recommend the mattress

We got this mattress 2 weeks ago and we love it, it's probably one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. I've been having issues with my back recently and our previous bed wasn't helping at all. I am a side sleeper with a condition called costochondritis, and have struggled to find a comfortable mattress which does not trigger the pain/inflammation. Since using this mattress, I have found that it has alleviated the pain and I now sleep much more deeply. My only regret is not buying one sooner! Having gone from a 12 year old spring mattress to this slumberland has been the best decision we've made. Sleepless nights are no more. I find this mattress really comfortable. I generally prefer a firm mattress and that's what I ordered. This provides the firmness I like but with the memory topping it provides a comfy "soft" feel to it too. TBH another store actually had a sleep analysis machine which was insightful and helped change my mind the this matter was rather than a slightly softer one. I think Bensons were going to instal a similar thing and would suggest they did as a lot of people don't realise what type of mattress is best for them.

Suits me. I had a tempura before but it wasn't great for me. The only thing I should have done was to air it a few days before use as there was a strong chemical smell for a couple of weeks till I did.... that and dome fabrise. The only other thing was I wished the cover was in ticking as I prefer that look.

Excellent mattress to what I'd been sleeping on, first nights sleep I ended up overlaying due to the comfort of the mattress. I can't find any fault with the mattress. Good quality mattress . On delivery the "new" smell took a few days to go and the firm mattress was a little too firm for the first few nights but has now settled and is providing great nights sleep . I would recommend this mattress . It is a hybrid of springs and memory foam which work well together .

We are pleased with the mattress there is no movement if one of us moves in bed so neither of us has a disturbed nights sleep, we are waking up feeling less achy in the morning a very good purchase wish we had done it sooner we did not realise our old mattress was that bad until we bought this one.

We received our mattress on 21 August it had a very bad smell for about a 2 weeks we had to open our windows every day. and take off all the covers. We don't know what caused it but made sleeping very uncomfortable., I tried to send an email asking why but never received a reply.

At this moment I am still getting used to it, also it still feels hard to lie on. the more I sleep in it the more softer and comfier it will get then my rating will rise higher, mattress is higher in depth than I thought it would be but I can sit and lie on easily.
