Katie's favourite sleeping position
"Sleep is such an essential part of our lives, isn't it? I'm someone who prefers lying on my back when I hit the hay. One pillow does the trick for me; it gives my head just enough elevation to keep my spine in a straight line. It's not overly complicated, but it's a setup that ensures I wake up without any stiffness or soreness.
My mattress of choice is a medium-tension pocket spring one. I love how each spring works independently, conforming to my body shape while offering a balanced level of firmness. It's like the mattress and I have an understanding; it knows exactly what I need to drift off into a peaceful slumber.
I clock in about eight hours of sleep each night. For me, that's the optimal amount to recharge my creative batteries and prepare for another day of weaving narratives and exploring characters."
