The guy in the shop got my wife to do the mattress match computerised thing in store which works out the best mattress from your posture and sleep position and printed off details. Initially mattress matches were pointing towards very expensive ones and so my wife pointed out what our overall budget was as we needed two beds and mattresses. Salesperson pointed us to the Campbell which was on Special Offer for a few days more. My wife gave it a thumbs up for being comfortable although expressed concerns on memory foam topping as she finds she overheats on them. When arrived not too heavy for two of us to get upstairs and manoeuvre across landing into bedroom. Very comfortable mattress and my wife has got a good night's sleep. Dreams did a Special Delivery during the Lockdown/Social Distancing as my wife works for NHS and having just moved into a NewBuild and gotten rid of our old SuperKing was without any bed or mattress to sleep upon. She had been sleeping on floor which wasn't ideal after shifts. Dreams arranged delivery and maintained communication if delivery throughout. Very pleased with purchase and service offered and would highly recommend this mattress to anyone requiring a medium / firm support.

We visited the Guildford store and amazing service, my apologies I dont remember the ladies name but she was really lovely and guided us, we did the mattress test first (we did wonder if we could purchase that as it was so comfy) any ways she then showed us around the different mattresses and tested etc and then we found this one and seriously every night now when ever my head hits the pillow Im asleep. Perfect mattress and the best part though is that if it doesnt suit we can change it for a different one Day of arrival came and we got a call and also a text from the delivery guy, who confirmed times etc then they delivered to our chosen room (which in our case was the hall as we hadnt made the bed frame ) he then also explained to us about the change option, very pleasant chaps and can not fault any part of the process, heres to many more good nights sleep, thank you (well actually theres one thing I would like to change is I cant use emojis on this write up, please allow emojis haha lol)

I got this mattress to replace our old spring one. What a world of a difference a new mattress makes! I decided to get a new mattress because my back pain has become unbearable, but after only a few nights on this new mattress it's almost all gone. I'm not saying it's a miracle mattress - you need to make sure you try out plenty to see what feels best for you. But all I am saying is for me, this mattress feels like sleeping on clouds. My favourite part about the mattress is it's firm enough that I can move around, toss and turn to my liking without disturbing my partner sleeping right next to me. There's no bouncing at all. You kind of just dip into the mattress - it moulds to your shape and snugly holds you, no matter what position you sleep in. On the other hand, it's not so firm you feel like you're sleeping on concrete. It's just the right mix. Our cats love it too, I think they appreciate it that there's no bounciness to the mattress, it makes it easier for them to walk about and curl up in peace.

Having tried many mattresses, we decided to invest in a decent quality mattress, my son tried them all, at all prices, and as with most boys it was so easy to tell his negative reaction, we hadn't found any he liked until he tried the Campbell pocket sprung mattress. That was it, he knew he wanted it, however we insisted he tried many more, just in case, but after tens of other products this one remained the winner. At home and placed onto his bed frame, it was prompty used, and my son actually fell asleep on it during the day. It has remained a positive favourite and continues to give many a good nights sleep. Best of all, bedtime is no longer a battle to get him into bed. Having tried it for myself I can concur it is a very comfortable mattress, I was worried the memory foam layer would be too hot at night, but it isn't and we cannot fault this mattress, even after a really stiffling night in the 30s. There are handles to help rotate the mattress regularly, but it isn't that heavy at all.

I've had this mattress for about 3 weeks now and so thought it's about time to leave a review - especially as I read the reviews when trying to make my mind up. It's a medium mattress in terms of firmness and I would say it sits at the softer end of the medium scale. I absolutely love it - it is so comfortable. As soon as you lie down you feel like you're in a well supported cloud. It's good for joints and back pain too because you're supported by the memory foam as well as the mattress. I was concerned that it would make me hot with the memory foam top but it doesn't. In terms of size/depth - I bought the standard double and ordinary size fitted sheets fit it - no need to get deeper sheets. I also bought a mattress protector for additional comfort. It's light and easy to move/rotate on your own. This is such a comfortable mattress, can't recommend it enough - you won't be disappointed and when it's half price it makes it even more comfortable!

Although the sleep machine said a firm mattress (as per my current one) was best for me, I'd been advised by my osteopath to have medium, due to osteoarthritis. I found this mattress online & chose it as it totally fitted my brief, plus it was the only mattress with turning handles at the sides! When I tested it out at my local store, I knew it was the correct choice & after laying on it for 2 weeks I'm not disappointed. I had a hip replacement 8 weeks ago & since having this mattress, my sleeping pattern has almost returned to normal! Yes, the mattress did smell quite strongly at first of the fire retardant spray, so I just left the duvet at the bottom of the bed & opened the window wide during the day for a week. There's still a very faint whiff now, but certainly not enough to bother me. I managed to buy this at a sale price & how lucky, as now it's back to it's normal price. Fantastic mattress & I highly recommend.

Went into store in Cwmbran to do a sleep match as I have a bad back. Naomi was really helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Helped me chose something that was best suited to my condition and within my price range. Although I mentioned I was unable to finance, Naomi still made me aware of all my options I had. Naomi was very patient when going through all the details and arranging delivery and the payment. Shes a very valued member of the team and I am very happy with the service I received. The mattress arrived on time and the delivery driver was very helpful. The mattress is a little hard still at the moment as advised as it is brand new, but its still very comfortable to sleep on! I was very lucky to get the mattress whilst it was on sale! I knew Id have to pay a lot to get a decent mattress but luckily it didnt break the bank as I caught it in their sale!!

Ive had this mattress for almost 1 month now and am pleased to say in comparison to my old mattress (spring began to poke me) this one is very comfortable. I desperately needed a new mattress and at 19 years of age, I have no experience or much knowledge about mattresses so it was a tough choice as there are so many amazing deals to choose from. After talking to helpful advisors online I picked my top 3 options and went to test them out at a near by store. This one was immediately my favourite as I dont like mattresses which are too hard but not too soft either. Although I feel the memory foam layer does not add any value and might as well not be there (I cannot feel it if Im honest) but I took advantage of the sale and ordered it straight away and so far happy with my choice.

I originally bought a Emma Foam mattress and could not last the 200 night trial, and returned because of developing a shoulder pain. I was lucky visiting Dream store this mattress was on sale 300 60% off. The mattress fixed my shoulder pain developed from the Emma foam mattress, but the only reason i deducted a star is because the guarantee is only 1 year and would need to pay more for 8 years. Worries me a little as a mattress should be a 10 year guarantee if prices are over 500 originally. store mattress was a little firmer compared to the mattress received and reading the small print if i was to return this mattress with the trial period you would pay 40 delivery charge regardless, this was not said in store when asked to buy 8 year guarantee, covers pillows extra.

I purchased the mattress for my son in December 2019. My son has made the big boy transition from cot to his own bed. As all parents would agree I was expecting a difficult times ahead. However what we really experienced was nothing but a miracle. My son is sleeping at his normal time and waking up at his normal time. He loves his new bed and is totally comfortable. As parent we are getting feedback from teachers that he seens to have more energy and engagment at nursey which i believe a good night sleep plays a key part in. The mattress itself is great value for money and and unbelievably comfortable I will never go anywhere else to buy a mattress or bed other than dreams. I wish I had upgraded sooner! I had been averaging 5 hours sleep per night and often woke up with aching shoulders and neck. Literally since day ine of receiving this mattress, I have had 8 hours sleep every night and the aches and pains have gone. It feels quite springy but not too much and it doesn't retain too much body heat like others do. I'll definitely be buying another for the guest room when the time comes. As a side note, communications from Dreams were fantastic, I was kept up to date about my delivery by email and test message. I received two phone calls and both people I spoke to were really helpful and friendly. The delivery driver was the same, a really nice chap. I'd definitely recommend this mattress and Dreams to anyone

What does "Quilted finish with soft-touch knitted fabric" mean, is there any wool in the fabric. My wife is allergic to wool and it's very important there is no wool in the mattress.

Answer: Quilted finish means the fabric has been stitched to a soft layer of filling, its an alternative to tufting.Knitted fabric is the construction and type of fabric used, knitted is the same construction used in T-shirts and gives some stretch, the alternative is woven which is the same construction to structured fabrics such as denim - soft touch is the finish and feel.There is no wool in this particular mattress, however there is wool used in the factory so there is risk of traces.

Why does my new Campbell mattress smell even though I have left it unmade with windows open for 5 days?

Answer: Thank you for reaching out with your question. The smell may be coming from the components inside the mattress and should usually resolve itself in a few days. If you have found that airing the mattress has not showed any improvement, then we would advise you use an odour eliminating spray. Are these mattresses suitable for a 10yr old and 4yr year old? Or would the Little Big Dreams pocket sprung mattresses be more suitable, and the Campbell is for adults/teenagers?

Hi I bought this mattress about 8 months ago but we finding it getting worse the pain in both our backs and sides , we have the mattress on a slatted metal bed frame do you think it will make it more comfortable if we bought some mdf and made base solid ?

Answer: I am sorry to hear this. Making the base solid wouldn't necessarily improve this as it depends what is causing the pain. We would also advise putting MDF under the mattress as this would not allow air to circulate through the mattress.Many thanks

I have ordered the small double wilson 4.0 silver ottoman however the length dimensions of this bed is 87 inches but the dimensions of this mattress is 75 inches . Does this mean I am going to have 12 inches empty in length where the mattress ends ?

Answer: The length of the 4'0 Small double Wilson will be the total length of the bed not just the slat frame where the mattress sits. The additional 12 inches will be made up of the head and footboard width.

Looking at the Campbell and Johnstone mattress for side sleeper ,not sure which to buy-problem with hip .Also would they be ok on a wooden slatted bed frame?
