We went to dreams looking for a Firm replacement mattress. We were approached by an advisor, who was polite but not pushy and showed us mattresses to try after we informed him that was what we were looking for. We tried 3 that were within our price range and type. We then identified one that we liked most, the Reynolds Orthopaedic.. Whilst with the advisor we mentioned that our daughter had previously purchased a bed from the same store, with which she was very happy. The advisor went away with our daughters details and came back, having found the order that was over 2 years ago. Ironically, we had chosen the same mattress as my daughter! We knew it would be comfy as we had slept in my daughters bed previously. We were able to negotiate a price that we were happy with, and concluded the deal there and then. We picked a delivery date at the same time. We were kept informed from that point until the mattress arrived, exactly to time and delivered by 2 friendly polite staff. They installed it on our bed and advised as to its use. The delivery was simple and without any damage or problem. The mattress is, as we expected, comfy, and the whole experience is a credit to the Company

I was looking for a replacement mattress and visited the store in Uddingston. My plan was just to have a look but from first meeting Kathleen to leaving the store it was such a positive experience that I went ahead and purchased on the day. Having done the assessment and then tested various mattresses around the store I found what I was looking for. While completing the order we were offered coffee and all staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Another positive part of the experience was that there were regular updates on the date for delivery. The day before delivery I received a time slot and on the day of delivery had a phone call to confirm the time.. My wife and I have always preferred a firm supportive mattress, and when it came time to replace our 10+ year-old mattress we checked the local Dreams store for a suitable replacement. There were numerous products available, and we tested out a number of possibilities in the store with the help of a very helpful assistant, and we found that only the Reynolds Orthopaedic seemed to quite fit the bill for us, and we agreed on it unanimously. We have now had the mattress for 3-4 weeks and are delighted with it, and are very happy that we chose it. The mattress is frim yet gentle you're not laying on a stone nor a marshmallow. It supports in all the right places. the feel is of a high quality product I have yet to find any defects unlick my last mattress from another company the fell to bits in months. the store I got it from Kirkcaldy - apon entering I was welcomed by the staff who were very friendly, they had me use the mattress finder it takes about 3 minutes but worth doing. After the testing I was shown a range of mattresses and got the option to try each one. On my visit I was offered a drink when I made my purchase I was informed of additional services and products this was done without feeling like a hard sale tactic.

Had been to bensons beds but didn't fancy paying 40 delivery charge plus afew other things so i walked in to Dreams beds at winter hill Milton Keynes. We bought this mattress back in December after trying it out in the showroom the day before lockdown, we bought primarily because it was on offer and were looking for a very firm mattress at a reasonable price. This mattress has not disappointed, its very firm and extremely comfortable and is as good as the Orthopaedic mattress it replaces which cost several hundred pounds more! We wanted a new mattress as my partner was suffering with lower back pain and since using the new mattress this has completely disappeared. We brought the Reynolds Orthopaedic mattress for the guest bedroom for when our parents stay over. Being older we thought it was important to have a mattress that better supports their backs yet provide them with a more comfortable night sleep. I asked a colleague at work to recommend a good mattress and she told me her bf has a very good one from Dreams, so I decided to buy 1 for myself because I bought one when I moved how 3 weeks before and I havent had any good nights sleep. There was I, king of the mattress testers, I had the amazing experience of the Dreams analyser Telling me which mattress I should try to purchase. Gel filled, memory foam, you name it I needed to try. Bottom line this established technology with no bells or whistles suited me the best. After three weeks of amazing sleeps the old saying the best is not always the dearest had proven to be true. If you have a bad back please give this a go - I did and I saved hundreds with no pressure from the excellent staff at Burnley.

This mattress has changed my life. We have excellent quality mattresses in every bedroom, but all too soft now to support my aching bones! Decided to go for this very firm Reynolds Orthopaedic and have not looked back. If you feel you need a bit of extra support dont be put off by how firm it feels at first. It really does the job. This mattress is good quality and good value for money. However, do be sure that it is a very firm mattress that you are wanting before buying. I found it too firm when actually sleeping on it although it felt right when trying out in store. Fortunately under the 40 nights trial they offered me an exchange with no hassle. I am quite a light person but because I suffer sciatica and hip and knee pain this mattress would be the most suitable option but it was not the case

This wonderful mattress has changed my sleeping habits. Often for comfort I would sleep in my reclining chair as I slept better there than the bed. Obviously my old mattress was passed it's best, so once the new one was on the bed it was wonderful l prefer a firm mattress & this one does just that, my back is well supported or if on my side my shoulders & hips were well accommodated & I awoke feeling great, wide awake rather than still sleepy. My longstanding back pain got better with this mattress. The sales agent at the shop helped us choose this mattress after a quick trial on a mattress with sensors on, and showed us a few suitable mattresses. This one seemed a very good option, in our budget and comfortable. The best part is it can be used on both sides, so i am not worried about having dips in the mattress as time passes because i can rotate it as well as turn it other way round.

I have to say that I am very pleased with my purchase, mattress is very firm and for first few days seems to be to firm but trust me after few days any problems with you back and pain related with new mattress disappears and you can enjoy you new life without back problems. A tip for you guys, try to not use to much pillows under your head, one flat pillow and body position is perfect and healthy

The shopping experience was very good , in a friendly relaxed atmosphere, the bed technician, showed me the the beds that would suit my requirements after being assessed. In 2019 i purchased a super king mattress from Bensons. Proved to be a horrible dissaster, sank after 2 weeks and it was also quite espensive. Ordered a firm pocketspring orthopefic mattress to provide support to the back as my previoys memory foam mattress was lumpy and did not spread body weight evenly resulting in breaking slats of my bed. Happy with this one uptil now. Retains shape and distributes weight evenly, not noisy and not hard like a rock despite being classed as extra firm.

This mattress is heaven! It felt so hard at first and I really wasn't sure but after a week and every night since, I've been asleep within minutes. Was originally purchased for the spare room but decided to swap it and have on my bed. Although I tried the bed selector I didnt agree with the choices as I knowi prefer a very firm mattress. Love it! The sleep machine suggested a firm mattress with a memory foam topper but my personal health requires me to have a firm top like this one. I do wish the top was flat rather than dipped though. Otherwise, it's definitely helped improve my sleep - don't wake up with back aches anymore!

Replaced a Simba mattress with this one and so far we couldn't be happier. It's not that expensive and it's super comfortable. It's quite firm which is what we wanted and struggled to find. I could feel my back thanking me the first time I lied down on it.
