James's favourite sleeping position
"When it comes to my own sleep, I'm a side sleeper by nature. I've always gravitated towards medium-tension mattresses; they offer the right balance of support and softness for me. But what's fascinating is that my work has expanded my understanding of sleep far beyond my own preferences.
I've had the opportunity to delve into the unique needs of various types of sleepers, including those who require orthopedic support. This has broadened my perspective immensely. When I evaluate a product, I'm not just thinking about how it feels for me; I'm considering a whole range of factors that could influence someone's sleep experience.
It's a multidimensional approach that I believe adds depth to my work. After all, sleep is a universal need, but how we achieve it is incredibly individualistic. And understanding those nuances is what makes my job so rewarding."
