Becky's favourite sleeping position
"Ah, the art of sleep—something I've spent a considerable amount of time perfecting! I'm a side sleeper, and I've found that the key to a good night's sleep for me is all about alignment and support. To keep my spine aligned, I sleep with a pillow placed between my legs. It's a small adjustment, but it makes a world of difference in terms of comfort and waking up without any aches or pains.
As for my mattress, I've opted for a medium-firm tension mattress that's composed of various layers of foam. The different layers work in harmony to provide just the right amount of support and contouring for my body. It's like sleeping on a cloud that knows exactly how to hold you!
I aim for around nine hours of sleep each night. I find that this duration allows me to wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead, whether it's writing, researching, or engaging in the myriad other activities that fill my day."
