I've personally tried this one in store and I don't think this carries too much weight, we found the tension to be bang on as what we have come to expect from a firm tension and one that looks to be a great buy.

OK, so having broken my back 40 years ago, Ive spent a fair chunk of my disposable income on different mattresses and beds, latex, pocket sprung, Vi-Spring - you get my drift. Sadly, none of these gave me exactly the correct amount of support in the places where this was crucial to getting a peaceful, restful and refreshing nights sleep. Fast-forward to our visit to Dreams at Plympton. Joy of joys! No pressure, no salesperson hovering over us as we tried to adopt unrealistic sleeping poses. Just oodles of time to lie down, turn and try out each mattress (after first addressing our mattress needs using Dreams wonderful mattress assessment technology. We spent hours (no really, over 3 hours) testing our final three mattress choices. These were soon whirled down to a leading favourite and a strong contender. After a delicious complimentary cup of excellent coffee, it was back to the rigours if serious testing. This one had everything we wanted: more importantly, despite my best efforts, I couldnt find a single flaw with this mattress (and I went shopping armed with an extensive Nit-Pick list). So there you have it. In my humble opinion, this is probably the worlds best mattress. Expensive? Nothing like the cost of my last mattress which was a Vi-Spring. Youll spend one-third of your life on a mattress, so dont skimp on the testing nor the price and buy this mattress - it will be one of the best no-risk investments youll ever make.

I was initially a little pressed to select the Sensation Elite and the Sensation extra firm from Dreams. We found the extra firm, which weve always preferred, made it hard to move about with more resistance and actually had a little more roll together problem. The Sensation Elite minimises roll together a lot, and so much better than other non-Tempur mattresses. I love the top cover and that soft depress but firm and slower bounce-back. After a couple of weeks of use, my shoulder pains are gone. I no longer wake up with shoulder pains. My back pains are mostly gone, all I have now is muscular pain, which I presume is from the adjustment. I trialled 2 other bed in a box brands and both gave terrible back pain as they were all medium or medium firm ie. Too soft for me. My partner is not so sure, she likes it but there is something she doesnt like although I cant figure out what. What I would like to see for this kind of money, which should be essential; 1.Add handles on all 4 sides. It was very difficult to manoeuvre it without. This seems standard on many other mattresses. 2.Add some edge strengthening so it gains some composure when you sit on the edge.

Whilst this is an expensive mattress, it is worth every penny. Having always had pocket sprung mattresses in the past, I was sceptic about switching to a memory foam mattress. Whilst the initial experience is something that you may not be accustom to, it only took a day or two to before getting use to the different (but nice) feeling when lying on the bed. Whether you lie on your back or side, your body profiles into the mattress with ease, but without getting that sinking feeling (I opted for a firm mattress). The "CoolTouch" layer on the mattress does appear to truly regulate your body temperature - initially the mattress feels cool and with time, it gets warmer to your own body temperature without getting uncomfortable. The "Cooltouch" layer (unique to Dreams) was one of the main reason (comfort being the other) for purchasing this mattress. The only downside to this mattress is that it has no handles around the sides to allow you to lift and rotate the mattress. The mattress is heavy, but it is possible to rotate it with two people - if this minor inconvenience (hence 4 stars instead of 5) is not a major concern to you, I definitely recommend this mattress.

After 30 years of insomnia with neck, shoulder and back pain and just "putting up with it" after spending 100s on "revolutionary" pillows and mattresses we'd had enough. Went to Dreams on bank holiday Monday and left feeling ill at spending so much on another matress! But I thought at least we have 100 nights risk free if it didn't help. I am 81 and have a very bad back. I suffer massively with back pain and always struggled to sleep at night. My son took me for a session on the sensor bed at Dreams. I struggled to walk the 20yds from car to store and had to restart the session multiple times due to chronic back pain. John (Dreams salesman) was so understanding and patient. The mattress we chose was the one suggested by the Dreams sensor test bed. It was delivered 31/12/22. Within two days I was transformed (not cured but majorly improved). I stand up straighter and sleep through the night. I dont get the same pain levels as before and can get out of bed much easier. My son took a video of me walking and gave it to the manager and salesman at Dreams Rotherham. The manager thought the salesman was winding her up until my son confirmed the facts behind it. After deciding to look for a new mattress (our existing one was 10 years old, and we both suffer from lower back pain), we took a wander around the showrooms.... We made the 'mistake' of trying a Tempur fairly early in our 'lie-to-try' test, and nothing else compared..... We've always had pocket sprung mattresses in the past, and found those more comfortable, but after trying v costly pocket sprung mattresses, the Tempur was still far more comfortable. Far and away more comfy than the other (cheaper!) memory foam / hybrid mattresses too, and the difference was quite marked. Takes a little getting used to the sensation of the foam moving around as you settle into position, but worth it. I used to wake up with back stiffness every morning, but not had it since getting this. Big benefit in not needing to turn the mattress too - these things are heavy, so a good thing to avoid. Cooltouch makes a definite difference for heat control too. Although costly, we figured that we spend 25-30% of our lives on this, and if it can save on the bad back, it's def worth it.

We went in to the Dreams store in Inverness to look for a new mattress. The staff in the store were very helpfull but not at all pushy. We found a new mattress that we liked, but decided to go away and think about it as it was a lot of money, even in the sale. We decided to buy a new bed base and mattress, both of which we had viewed in the Inverness store, but ordered it online from Dreams. Again service was excellent and we were kept updated of the progress of our order up until it was delivered. The two delivery people were very good with them both wearing carpet protectors on their feet even though we said they didn't need to. We opted to put the bed together ourselves and instructions were very clear and the bed went together very easily. The bed base is very solid and well built. I ordered this mattress in super king size after trying it in store and cant be happier with this decision. It definitely improves my sleep a lot. The mattress is super comfy and supports my back and shoulder very well. I notice since I slept on this new mattress ( over 2 weeks now), I no longer waking up in the middle of the night but can sleep for 6-7 hours straight. I used to have sleeping disorders like randomly screaming or talking while sleeping as well as having nightmares. It really bothers my partner a lot. Now with this new mattress, Im still having dreams but no more screaming or shouting. It must be the mattress that has significantly improved the quality of my sleep. My husband of course sleeps better as well because I no longer wake him up in the middle of the night. The mattress is indeed pricey but worth every penny. Bought a kingsize medium Tempur mattress several weeks ago. I am used to sleeping on medium coil sprung mattress with soft pillow top so thought memory foam might take some getting used to. But was all comfortable from the first night and ever since then. Glad I did not buy the softer Tempur mattress, as this would have been too deep & restrictive when changing position. The medium mattress I bought gently moulds to body contours after a few seconds, supporting the small of the back when sleeping on my back, and also soft and supportive of hip joints when side sleeping. Easy to turn over in bed. Good for sitting on the side of the bed, easy to get up from. I am an active 58 year old with mild curvature of the spine and tender joints.I anticipate this mattress taking me into older age well.

When ordering I was a bit reluctant spending almost 2 grand on a mattress. But with the mattress being suggested by the sleepmatch in store (when they were still open and the piece of mind of being able to exchange thanks to the dreams 40 night comfort guarantee I decided to take the leap. I bought one of these mattress to see if I would have pain areas on my body. Where ever my body touched became tender due to the fact I suffered from Fibromyalgia. This mattress moulds to your own body and not where your body just touches as with other mattresses. It's nice to have a comfortable sleep and wake up without tender areas on your body. I still only get 4 hours sleep and that's down to the pattern of sleep I have been getting for years. My hours of sleep seem to be getting longer and more of a deep sleep because of this mattress. The other mattress I had used to make you too hot and this one keeps you cool Thanks best nights sleep for years . I have a spinal injury that causes sciatica down one leg. We spent alot more than this on a mattress that had springs on the recommendation of the salesperson in a different company and the pain only got worse. We believed my condition was just getting worse but then an orthopedic Doctor recommended the Tempur mattress so we thought we would try it. The price is not a problem, we spend more money on a sofa that we change every three years yet this comes with a long guarantee. The external pain in my leg ceased from the first night on the mattress and I find it overall easier on my back as when I move the mattress lets me and then settles unlike a sprung one. I must add I really really did not want a foam mattress but I will never go back to springs again.

Purchased a Tempur Cool touch Sensation Elite Mattress and base at Dreams Weston Super Mare. We were taken through the complete process of choosing the correct mattress for us by assistant Andy who had the full knowledge of the range. My wife and I started by laying on the computerized bed that picks out the mattresses that would suit our personal requirements best. We then tested out each mattress chosen by the computerized bed and found the ideal one for us. Best mattress I have ever brought! My partner and I went out looking for a new mattress to go with our first home together, we had ideas for other mattresses but we were offered to use the Pillow Talk machine to help match us with other mattresses. This one was on the list to try, I must admit I was instantly put off by the price but I was curious to try, and so glad that I did. The mattress feels like memory foam but you do not get hot and sweaty like other ones, I do not wake up achey anywhere and I feel I have actually slept. Friends have family have laid on our bed and have all admitted to being very envious, a couple have said they will also buy the same mattress! This was the firm rated mattress and is a lot firmer than the one which we tried in branch. This would suggest that they soften over time (which could be a good or a bad thing!). At the moment we remain undecided whether or not to change for the softer option - which is good that you do get a 100 day exchange guarantee. Given the very high price of these mattresses we were a little underwhelmed with the sleep experience - we expected our best nights sleep ever but instead are left thinking our old bed was more comfortable :( A real positive is that you do not feel the movement of your partner during the night like you to with a normal mattress and the cool touch surface works well. We are happy with the quality of the mattress.

I didn't think much about higher-end mattresses and thought they were a fad. I cam into the store to try the cheapest mattress I saw online. I was invited to do the mattress test and was sceptical, after trying out the Tempur I immediately felt the difference in support and comfort. However, I was not prepared to pay the price. That was until I reflected on how long we spend in bed out of the day and good sleep is an investment in happiness! I came back to the store the same day and made the purchase. We have just done a "comfort exchange" from this mattress to the Tempur cloud mattress. We found that the Sensation elite was too firm, (medium firmness purchased ) for us after giving it the benifit of the doubt for just over 30 nights. I would wake up with a stiff lower back and my wife would have aches in her outer thighs and shoulder area. The mattress itself is a quality product and I would recommend it to anyone but just make sure you choose the right level of firmness to suit your sleeping style. So far the Cloud mattress seems to be more suitable as it is a lot softer so hopefully we have now made the right choice. The service from my local Dreams store has been excellent from start to finish.

We love this mattress so much it feels amazing, we do have a couple issues with it though. It does get really hot and although it has the cooling cover on it, it still can get hot and we are waking up most nights quite hot. At the moment we dont mind as its cooler but I am worried the summer might be abit unbearable. The second problem we have is sheets do not stay on, we are constantly having to pull the undersheets back over the corners because they slide off multiple times during the night (we tried both fitted and unfitted, both do it but the fitted sheets are worse) we are going to purchase another topper to see if it helps. The mattress itself feels great though and we sleep well on it.

Been sleeping in our Tempur Sensation Eite mattress for a couple of weeks now, and its just brilliant! Its the firmest of the range and so took a few nights to get used to from having a softer mattress before, and has started to feel a little softer providing even more comfort. The Tempur pillows we bought at the same time are fantastic too! Its really helped with neck and back problems caused by a poor quality Mammoth mattress we bought only two years ago. Really hoping this one lasts a lot longer, but from all the people I know whove had Tempur mattresses for a number of years now all say how great they are and that theyre built to last, so I have every confidence that it will!

We had previously bought or mattress from Dreams and were so happy with the mattress we didn't consider buying anywhere else. We visited the Dreams store in Uddingston, where the excellent staff member used a computerised system to assist in finding the best mattress for us. We tried several mattresses from the suggeste, which were all really comfortable but as soon as we tried the Tempur CoolTouch Sensation, we didn't want to get up. Well this is our first Tempur mattress and it is nothing short of AMAZING I cannot recommend this enough. We have a young family so really value the little sleep we do get and honestly this has been amazing for improving the quality of sleep we have. From initially looking the team at dreams were great let us try loads of mattresses out and this one came up the best for us and it has massively improved our sleep. Now we have tried it, I would say that there is no need for this type of matress. A hard matress or soft matress be it spring or foam or whatever will do just as good in my opinion. An official review can not be left until it has been used for quite some time. How do we know it is going to change as promised by the sales person as they promised support from the get go and are still yet to recieve such promises. It is much harder than we thought and after 2 weeks it is just starting to soften a little and shape to ourselves. The smell is atrocious (fishy chemicals) but clearing up slowly. Again, zero support from Dreams on this matter so far.

Nice mattress, smells a bit for the first few weeks, and starts off incredibly firm, but does loosen up a bit after a while making it rather comfy. It does retain heat rather well, as I found out after being ill and having a fever; it made it a lot worse. Its very quiet as a mattress made of memory foam should be, and if I'm restless it doesn't jiggle or move my partner around like a sprung mattress would. I've slept rather well on it, good for back or side sleeping. Don't know how hot I'll get in summer. It's supposed to have cooling stripes, but we use ours with the branded tempur mattress protector, which removes some of the benefits.

I have been eyeing this type of mattress up for years but have always been put off by the price. However, as my orthopedic mattress has been coming up for replacement and given that the prices for a decent new one are also quite steep I have finally decided to take the plunge. Firstly, this mattress is great. It is comfortable, supportive and the sales process was something else. I've never had a computer tell me what level of softness and support to buy before :-). They come with a long guarantee and should therefore last longer than a regular mattress. With this in mind, I'd recommend buying a mattress protector as well.

I have suffered with a lower back problem for many years, tried various orthopaedic mattresses' all of which still left me with pain. Visited the Dreams Showroom and went through their selection matching process and after which tried the mattresses that were recommended. So, out of the ones we tried, the Tempur CoolTouch Elite mattress was by far the best one. Having the cool touch gel on it as well is superb. Had this for about a month now and to be honest it is fantastic, I have no pain whilst in bed or when I get up now. Not the cheapest mattress but well worth the money for the benefits it has provided me.

Changing your mattress is a big decision. As you spend roughly a third of your day in bed its a decision you do not make lightly. Despite having followed the delivery man's instructions regarding airing the mattress for 1hr in the bag and 2 hrs uncovered before dressing the bed... I actually left it 5 hrs, with open windows.. it was really bad as regards fumes coming off the mattress. The fumes made my eyes water and I had breathing difficulties akin to asthma. It took a week to air it, I removed the duvet and pillows every day to air it and left an extractor fan running. That said, it is really comfortable to sleep on now my back has adapted to the change. I think the type of fire retardant used needs to be looked into.

I spent a lot of time researching, and wondering whether I should this amount of money of a mattress. But given it should last about 10 years, and we spend about a third of our time sleeping, I thought it was a worthwhile investment. Fantastic nights sleep. I would strongly suggest you try out all the different types: cloud (soft), original (medium), and sensation (firm) levels of comfort. Then what depth of foam you want (supreme=21cm, elite=25cm, luxe=30cm). The more foam, the more expensive it is. Try them all out in person. Also try other foam mattress brands to compare the difference.

We have had the mattress for a little over 2 weeks now. It is our 7th mattress in 5 years as we have not yet found the perfect one for both of us! One of us loves it and the other is still settling into it. The mattress seems a little more firm than in the shop, but I expect in time it will "bed in" and lose the initial brand new feel. Although I am still getting used to it it is comfortable and we are both getting a good nights sleep. There is zero springiness in the mattress and absolutely no movement when one or other of us turns over. So far so good and happy with the purchase.

A few years ago we led on the tempur range but due to buying my first home, I was a bit cash strapped. We ended up buying a mattress from IKEA in the end. Several times a week I thought about how good the tempur range are compared to my uncomfortable cheap one was. After weeks of poor sleep we decided to go for the mattress. Yes it cost just over 1600 but I've slept a lot better since. It so comfy and the pain in my lower back has gone. If you think it's expensive then your correct but it will be a great investment and will bring you a better night's sleep.

Ok, so first off , yes, 1900 pounds is a lot of money forva mattress. But it is so , so worth it. Its the best mattress ive ever slept on and the best nights sleep ever. Ive got 2 slipped discs in my back and i needed a new mattress as the one i was on just wasnt helping me. The sales assistant maria was superb. She put me on the dream machine which sorted out the type of mattress i needed. Then i tried sone different mattresses out and fell in love with the tempur cool touch. If you can afford it, then i advise you to buy it. You really wont regret it.

There are definite positives and negatives to this product. First, its comfortable, really really comfortable. However Ive not managed to get a brilliant nights sleep due to the heat issue. Theres nothing cooltouch about it, the mattress is massively hot, more so than any other memory foam mattress Ive had. Not sure why this is unless the foam is more dense etc. Also 25cm base sheets dont fit this 25cm mattress, they keep popping off. Overall opinion is it was literally twice the price of the next best one, and it totally isnt worth it.

I selected this mattress following using the sleep machine and then trying 3 different mattresses at different price points. This was the most expensive. It is cool to the touch though once you have a mattress cover and a sheet on it thats not too relevant. It is a firm mattress, and it is essential that anyone thinking of purchasing tries the mattress, but it was the most comfortable for me. I thought it was worth the extra money. I was not pressured to go for the most expensive. Having had the mattress a few weeks, I am really happy with it.

The best sleep i have ever had. Before I owned this I had personally tossed and turned a lot with many other brands of mattresses. I have been woken up so many nights before due to me having uncomfortable mattress. I literally changed it every 2 years because I just had enough. We purchased this mattress a year ago now and to be honest, we have never had too many issues apart from that the mattress we chose was supposed to be medium but it feels much firmer than the medium that we tried in the store. We was advised too "give it time" so the beads inside can warm up, settle and once its had some use, it'll be like the one in store. We have given it a whole year now and it still feels too firm. The mattress doesn't mould around my body like advertised and its not what was expected. Overall not very satisfied.

We chaged our 3000 pocket spring bed, which was 10 years old and had served us well. Does what it says, you can feel the mattress supporting the different parts of your body as you lay down. Not to sure about the CoolTouch, yes you can feel the difference with the back of you hand, but we have only had the mattress since January so haven't been able to feel if this works. Being able to feel the other person turning over/getting in/out of the bed has work for me, but not so much for my wife, this maybe due to the divan base we the mattress on has springs in it. But overall so far we have had comfortable nights sleep.

We visited our local Dreams and tried out Sleepmatch to help us decide on our new mattress. It didnt take long for us to decide on Tempur Sensation (firm). It is by far the most comfortable mattress we have ever had and weve both had excellent sleep since buying it. We were advised it may take a couple of weeks to get used to it but I found it extremely comfortable from the first night. We got 2 free Tempur pillows included too which did take a bit of getting used to but now very happy with. Very good for any neck or back pain.

This mattress is a game changer! Worth every penny. I didnt even realise how bad my sleep was until I brought this. I was getting back pain, my bed looked like a tornado had hit it when I woke up and felt groggy all the time. My wife proposed we replace our spring mattress with a memory foam mattress. At first, I was reluctant as I thought: "a mattress is a mattress, who cares". After we went to Dreams to compare mattresses, I was immediately sold! I can't describe how much better the memory foam mattress is! I can twist and turn and my wife won't wake up. The mattress is of a very high quality but does take some getting used to, especially if, like me, you've only ever had sprung mattresses in the past. When brand new, the mattress was extremely firm and not very comfortable at all. However, given a little time, it starts to soften up, and after three weeks it is very comfortable. I still haven't quite gotten used to the lack of bounce when you first lay on it, but this is more about me adjusting to this type of mattress than it is about the mattress itself.

Id been suffering a sore back after buying a bed in a box from a well known brand (wed only had this for approx. three months and it dipped in the first few weeks so knew it wasnt going to stand the test of time). We finally settled on the Tempur Sensation Elite after trying the in store mattress finder tool. My sore back disappeared after days, the mattress is so comfy and to date has been a worthwhile investment. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as they say it will as the only drawback is the price!

This mattress is extremely comfortable . We had a reasonable quality, firm, pocket-sprung mattress before this but my wife had continuous, unresolved backache issues at night time, which was part of the reason for buying this mattress. Almost immediately the problem reduced significantly and has now almost disappeared. One slight drawback though is that we are finding the mattress quite hot to lie on, even with the Cooltouch mattress cover. We are stil experimenting with possible solutins to this.

I was warned that it may be firmer than the store test model for a while as a settling in period when it was delivered. This wasn't the case. So far temperature response from the surface has been great. It does hold some heat (you can tell where you've been lying if you shift) as a foam always will. But the dissipation properties have kept it at comfortable level constantly. As a heavy built guy coming in 19stone the firm mattress has been spot on. I've been waking up pain free and loving it.

The mattress is wonderful. I didnt realise how much my old mattress had degraded. I totally believe that you get what you pay for and this mattress is no exception. Initially it felt quite firm with little give but it had settled down in a week or so to a much more comfortable feel without losing any of its support. Every penny spent on buying this mattress was carefully considered. Whilst waiting for the delivery our nerve waivered a bit about the outlay. We're one month in now and the impact has been significant. I'm sleeping through the night, without waking or struggling with nasal congestion. We can't feel each other fidgeting and rolling over. We have had this 3 weeks now and we are undecided on our joint opinion. My husband loves the mattress, saying he is having very settled nights sleep. I however, am struggling. I like to move position while sleeping. Because this Tempur mattress holds you in position I am waking several times in the night aching as I need to adjust position & havent been able to in my sleep. Usually I can sleep in anything so this is unusual for me. I hope I get used to it soon and the aches stop.

We purchased this to replace our previous memory foam mattress. This is our first time going for a Tempur mattress, as the cost has always put us off. Dreams offered a helpful finance package, so we went for it. Great service in store, good delivery service with good communication and helpful drivers carrying the mattress into my bedroom. One thing to be aware is the depth of this is big, so your standard sheets might not fit it- prepare to buy new deep fitting sheets!

We bought this on recommendation from the assistant following the in-store assessment. It was supposed to help with arm numbness, neck and back pain, while still offering reasonable bed mobility (that is, not too soft). Partial improvement - we still both have symptoms, although slightly improved, so this seems a very expensive experiment. On the positive side, it is much lighter than our previous mattress. Would I buy one like this again? No, not at that price, hence 3/5 stars.

Bought the Tempur pillows originally around 8 years ago, and to be totally honest they were worth every penny. This in turn led me to purchase the mattress as I thought, if the pillows are this good then equally so should the mattress.. One word sums up this mattress... UNBELIEVABLE.. with no exaggeration this is probably the most comfortable and supportive mattress I have ever slept on. Dont let the price put you off as with Tempur , you do definitely get what you pay for.

My eldest son and my daughter have both been telling me for years to swap my old orthopaedic mattress for a memory foam one. This is one of the best mattresses I have slept on. We chose Tumpur firm which is very supportive and comfortable. I had an accident a couple years ago and my back has never been the same. This Tempur mattress provides the support I need. I no longer wake up with back/neck pain. CoolTouch feature on the mattress helps you keep cool especially if you are sharing the bed with your husband who is a space heater. It is definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended!!

This does need to come with a warning ! Both my husband and myself had problems getting out of bed as it was so comfy ! My husband know tells me he is tidying the bedroom ! ( I know I was scared ) found him tucked up in bed having trouble keeping his eyes open ! We both had pains waking up in our old mattress nothing with this apart from you dont want to get out !! We initially thought paying so much for a "gimmick" Tempur mattress was ridiculous, but after having it for over 2 weeks now our quality of sleep has been improved immeasurably. This mattress is amazing it's expensive at 2000 but you only get what you pay for. I had a sprung mattress for 9 years and in the end the noise off the springs were awful. So decided it was time for a no springs mattress. There are lots of mattresses like Tempur. But do get the sales people to show you the difference between a Tempur & a normal foam mattress.you will be amazed by the difference. Get a Tempur mattress and never look back..

Had to get this mattress as the one we had originally ordered would not fit in the house without damage. Have not had it a month yet and so far dont really have any complaints, does take a little getting use to as previous mattress was very soft and this one moulds to your shape. An upside is if the other person jumps around a lot in bed you don't feel it, its good if they have to get up early they don't wake you by launching you out of bed lol.

Well after trying every mattress from budget to luxury (4 in 4 years!) I have finally found a mattress that is a pleasure to get in and get out of in the morning. I suffer from back problems and am awaiting surgery so waking up with no extra aches and pains is amazing. This mattress has changed both mine and my wifes lives. She has suffered from chronic back pain for years and this mattress has given her hope that bedtime can be comfortable. We ordered a medium mattress, it had been on the van overnight and was hard as a board. We went back to the shop to swap it and he convinced us to give it a bit longer. It has only become comfortable now a month latter and we have a centrally heated house. I feel I am only just starting the trail of the mattress now and we have to decide if we like it. The difference in sleep quality was apparent from the first night. This mattress really does do what the makers claim. It supports you in whatever position you adopt. We both found this much more comfortable than previous mattresses. The matching pillows are also fantastic. Great mattress! It feels slightly firmer than I'd usually like to start with, but it soon adjusts as you settle in. Both myself and my partner have back pain that wasn't helped by our last mattress, this has been remarkably improved since switching to tempur! It's a little warm sometimes but so far the warmth has been a bonus during cold nights. During the summer a thin duvet or sheet will be essential I think

Wow, this bed is truly amazing! Yes it costs more than most other beds but totally worth it. After the first couple of weeks this mattress remembers your body contours and your quality of sleep will sky rocket, this bed is the first bed i dont wake up either too hot or too cold or in a pool of sweat. Two things you should never cheap out on, 1 is shoes, 1 is a bed, because your either in one or on the other.

I have a bad back and bought this in the hope it would be more supportive for me. Previously had a soft pocket sprung mattress. Whilst initially firm, it ends up feeling soft by the way your body sinks into the memory foam. It may align your spine well, but for me doesnt offer the support I actually need. If I had a normal back I think it would be wonderful as otherwise it feels incredibly comfortable.

This felt like a risky purchase as its hard to gauge how a nights sleep will feel on a mattress youve tried for a short time in your clothes in a store. While very expensive in my opinion our mattress has made a difference to how I feel in the morning. I don't exactly jump out of bed like a spring chicken but I certainly don't wake up with a headache caused by back pain. Me and my other half have been using the bed for 2 weeks now. I used to wake up with lower back pain, underfoot pain and just generally unrested. My other half was much the same, unrested, general aches and pains. The mattress and bed frame we ordered is truly luxurious. I'm not sure if it's totally worth the money, but i'd say if you can afford it then you'd struggle to find much better. My wife loves it. Personally for the price point, I'm a little underwhelmed as i still haven't had a decent night's sleep since, and considering using the 30 day sleep guarantee and going for the slightly softer option.

Fantastic product, well worth the price tag! With my back problems, bedtime has always meant a disturbed and painful night's sleep. Within a couple of nights, I was aware of the difference with this mattress. My spine feels more naturally aligned when I'm on my side, and I am turning far less frequently. This is honestly the best investment in my sleep that I think I've ever made. I've previously used mattresses that don't meet my needs (side sleeper and joints that need support) and the difference in my sleep quality has been huge with this mattress. This is our first foam mattress. Visited the Chester store to try them out in person and spent a good hour making sure we were happy. Were now a couple of months in, and the sleeping experience is superb. For side sleepers, you just sink in and are enveloped by the mattress. There are no unsupported high points, no pressurised low points, just a great sleep. Wish wed done this years ago!

Best nights sleep ever! We have ummed and ah'd about splashing out on a Tempur for sometime now but I can honestly say, I wish we'd have done it sooner! I have problems with my hips and was often getting really uncomfortable in our previous bed (also a memory foam mattress). The Tempur really does "mould" to you and make you feel almost weightless. Im using the mattress on an adjustable bed due to having had spinal surgery. Its extremely comfortable, moulding itself to my posture to provide the right amount of support. Tempur mattresses have a reputation for sometimes running hot. That isnt the case here, and I would highly recommend this mattress. Not cheap by any means, but like most things in life, you get what you pay for.

Went for the firm option and it is very comfortable, had some olympic level sleeps on it and noticed my back and my neck feel much more supported. Whilst the gel cooling layer is really nice to the touch, once it has a sheet over you don't really notice this whilst sleeping and still get very warm (only used in summer so far). Hence the four stars, I'd probably give it 4.5 stars.

Having much improved sleep since purchasing this mattress. You can really feel the cooling effect and perfect for those hotter nights. Initially however I was worried it was so good that as the nights got colder the mattress would start to feel so cold it would feel damp, which it did until the heating warms the house back to a typical level and not letting the room be cold too.

It lives up to the sales promise - splendidly comfortable. However the design is poor. There are no fabric handles on the mattress to aid turning on the bed if the mattress is slightly adrift from the base. Answer: On the Dreams website, the 3cm comfort material and 4cm of support material are shown as separate elements - together they total 7cm.On the Tempur website, these are shown as one 7cm comfort layer - however this is equivalent and made of the same composition layers as shown on the Dreams website.The only difference is in how the layers are named and labelled, there is no difference in the internal composition of the mattress.
