Reviewing the Slumberland Ultimate wool mattress. After making 2 very costly mistakes ordering matresses far too firm for me (my own silly fault), Bensons exchanged my matresses TWICE under the guarantee with no hassle whatsoever. I'm so pleased to say, i have finally found comfort! This feels like a dream to sleep on. It's well made, and so supportive for my back as I'm a back sleeper. The wool topping keeps me so cool & temperature regulated, I don't find myself stripping off in the night to cool down anymore! And for the first time in well over a decade... I do not need a thick foam matresss topper over the top of my mattress! I hope it lasts many years ahead, as I now actually look forward to bed times! Delivery smooth & courteous ( as all 3 have been). Massive thanks to Andy from the Waterlooville branch for finally making my sleeps so happy!!!!

The choice of mattress's in the store is something of a minefield and after three visits to the Lincoln Store, we eventually decided for this option. Its really comforting (no pun intended) to know that the mattress can be exchanged if it proves to be unsuitable. However, on the first night sleep we immediately knew we had made the right choice and there is certainly no no desire to use this option. It is wonderfully comfortable and warm and we have certainly made the right decision.

Excellent service at Bensons for beds . Staff were very informative & helpful in our choice of mattress . Delivery men took our new mattress to our loft bedroom which was a great help. My new mattress is incredibly comfortable and was from day one. I would definitely recommend the product to others. The only issue is that I was advised to regularly rotate it and it is too heavy for me to do so on my own. However, I expect most mattresses would have the same problem for me.

After a week this mattress was just so comfortable it was as if it had been tailored made for us. We rotated it once every week for he first month then once a month, we opted for the firm version but that's just our preference.I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone
