Bought the super king size online. I can not fault this bed, however it is a VERY FIRM mattress - after 2 weeks sleeping on it it is now beginning to soften slightly, my husband who is over 6ft and weighs around 15 stone thinks it is wonderful, it is a bit hard for me though (but is getting there!) I was told in store to avoid this Miracoil mattress as it was not pocket sprung (which is why they don't have them in store to try out) but I think it is absolutely fine, we didn't have thousands to spend on a bed and bought this hoping it would last for a few years - it seems very well constructed and looks like it is built to last, I'm glad I didn't listen to the instore sales pitch for the pocket springs! There is absolutely no roll together, in fact I tend to fling myself as I swap from my side onto my back and then onto my side again and hubby doesn't even notice I'm moving now! The drawers are on the small side but are sturdy and well built, and the dark grey fabric of the base is a good neutral colour. Fab delivery team, very curteous and clean - even put shoe covers on, and came within the 2 hour delivery slot I was given. Definitely recommend this bed.

We bought the mattress 3 weeks ago, we had the old one for 13 years and the springs had gone and there were dips in the bed where we slept, it was becoming very uncomfortable. We went by reviews how else do you know, how pleased I am we did, Thank you to all those people who left reviews it was a big help, the mattress is so comfortable, we hadn't realised how bad our old one was. We were looking to get a mattress that is excellent for side-sleepers and also suitable during pregnancy. We found it! Ordered, all went really well. The delivery was fine. We slept well (our mattress is located directly on the carpeted floor). Very soon - within the first few nights - we discovered extra features of this excellent mattress. As we have good hearing, we both could distinguish sounds coming from the springs. We're amazed at how they even pick up the rythm of our breathing, and even of our pulse or heartbeat! Highly recommend, especially if you'd like a goodnight-song. :-) My husband and I both are satisfied with this mattress (so far) as it does its job of giving us a comfortable bed to sleep on. We were in desperate need of a new mattress, as our old one had lived it's last breath. So after visiting our local dreams store (Eastleigh) and talking to staff about recommendations and pointed in the right direction of what we will need for our requirements. We went home and ordered online as there was an online only offer. Mattress arrived when confirmed, staff were fantastic when delivering... however I'm not entirely impressed with the mattress. It's incredibly bouncy! So any slight movement from my partner I go flying! Let alone when we have our 4 month old on the bed! The springs are already starting to be felt, and we've had the mattress around 2 months. Wouldn't recommend it and definitely wouldn't buy again. So a bit disappointed all in all.

I ordered my Mattress on the 3rd of December. Straight away i got an email and txt to confirm my order and a delivery date of the 18th December. After that date i got a few more txts to confirm delivery date and advise i would get a call on the day of delivery. Kyle phoned to say my allocated time slot was between 11-1 they arrived at 10.30 both Kyle & Arran very polite and helpful. they gave advice on the mattress and said i had 40 days any problems and to give them a call. So I have a back condition and unfortunately a coil mattress is to soft and memory foam to hard so we read the reviews on the Silentnight Westland and thought we would give it a go. I cant begin to explain how much this mattress has changed my sleep. I wake up with less pain, I sleep longer hours and Im just a happier version of myself which may sound silly to others. The mix of coil and memory foam aswell as the topper is luxurious and I highly recommend the mattress. This is our second Silentnight Miracoil mattress as we recently upsized to a new king size bed. As weve been unable to try mattresses out in any local stores, we went with Silentnight online as we were very happy with our previous model (now no longer in production). Weve been using the Westland for 2 weeks now and are very happy, its firm and supportive and theres no role-together. If I could put 4.9 out of 5 I would as - personally - I wouldve preferred a little more memory foam topping. However, for the price weve no complaints! Delivery was great too, delivered to the bedroom safely by PPE-d staff.

This feels really sturdy and good quality, you don't sink or roll into it and it has retained it's shape since I bought it 6 weeks ago. I thought it might be a tad too firm at first but after a night or two I loved it. It is firm but not hard. Delivery service was great too and they delivered on a Saturday which was so convenient. Really easy to put together on my own. Might be nice with a lighter coloured base but I still love it. I had bought a cheaper bed elsewhere and I regretted it as the product was bad quality and delivery a nightmare - this was a far better service and worth the money in my opinion.

I brought this particular mattress because it had good reviews and was on offer at the time but after using this mattress it has been so worth it! It is so comfortable; for laying down to sleep or to just sit on and watch TV, it really is a pleasure to relax on. I suffer with disturbed sleeping patterns and my boyfriend suffers with a bad back through his job. We both have seen massive improvements with ourselves through the comfort and support of this mattress. Had this mattress for 2 weeks now, still getting used to it. A little dissapointed after reading the rave reviews. Its a bit too firm for me to be honest, but ordered as our previous mattress had started collapsing. Would have preferred to have gone to a shop and tried it first as with our previous one, but obviously not able to due to Covid and shops being shut. The service from Dreams can't be faulted. Delivered promptly, courteous delivery, and good communication regarding delivery. I'm hoping as time goes on that I will get used to the mattress. Bit awkward to manoeuvre, a handle would be welcome.

We desperately needed a new mattress, as our old one was making our backs ache! We bought this mattress based on the positive reviews - which we were a little apprehensive about, as we had not been into a store to try the mattress out. It was a good call! The mattress is great - and really good value for money. Weve noticed a huge difference. Admittedly, we also bought a nice new thick soft mattress topper, which adds to it, but the mattress itself is far more sturdy and comfortable. We just hope it stays that way and doesnt have a short life span. Were really happy and would highly recommend :)

We purchased this mattress in the sale from dreams. Waiting time was a bit longer than usual but with the current situation thats half expected. Bottom line is its a brilliant mattress, fell straight to sleep the first night and its getting comfier as time goes on. Ive also been suffering with a really bad back as of late as our old mattress was tired and the springs were becoming a chore and interrupting sleep hence why we bought a new one. Bought this a few weeks ago. It looks very neat and tidy and is super comfy. It was also great value for money. I have one two negatives. 1 there are staples at the bottom of the bed that are stood up, also when I opened the draw, my linen that I'd put in there got caught on an exposed staple. 2 not sure if the castors are removable but my husband was unable to and on our wooden floor the bed rolls if you just lean on it or try to get on, we've put a rug under it to stop it moving. Still loving my mattress, it's awesome. 5stars if the staples and castors can be dealt with .

Bought this for my mother after she had replacement knee surgery. She had a memory foam one before, but found it gave her no support. I have had a micrcoile mattress in the past and cannot recommend them enough. The delivery was smooth and easy. The delivery drivers were so lovely and helpful. Had this bed delivered a few weeks ago, such a relief to finally have a decent nights sleep. The mattress was a little firm to what we were used to but have both got used to it now! The space is also brilliant (don't think we will ever go back to anything less than a super king!) Only niggle was the attachement of the 2 bases, simply only had 2 clips to attach the 2 bases. Didn't feel very secure and when the wheels were attached it became even more of a pain! Overall the bed and matress have been a brilliant investment and would happily recommend!

I have previously bought the fabulous Quinn bed frame and a Dreams mattress using their website. So I went back to Dreams again and managed to get a great deal on this single bed - it is so easy to place an order online, and I was also able to choose a date for the delivery. Mattress score one star less due to small build quilty issue. In a section of the quilted top, the stiching had come apart. Uou could easily pull this stitch further. This may seem minor, however this is a production fault that would need addressing with the quilting company producing the material tops for the mattress. Quilt stitching has also overlapped in some areas. Overall the mattress is light weight and easy to move. Mattress firmness is medium to hard. Gives support at the end of mattress. Generally good for the price point.

We purchased this new mattress about 3 weeks ago. I suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia and suffer badly with pain. I have found the combination of sprung interior and memory foam to suit my needs. However also my husband has found it very comfortable. It is a very high mattress (I would suggest deeper drop on your sheet size), which is ok if you have a seperate headboard and divan. However we have an antique oak bedstead, so it has made my headboard a good bit shorter. I would still purchase it again. Good quality for money.

Decided to purchase another Silent Night mattress as absolutely loved our old one as so comfortable. Was unable to test mattress as did not have in stock at our local store but decided to just order this one and see what it was like as it did have lots of positive reviews. First night sleep was shocking but that was only because I was so used to our old mattress however after that I've slept well, you certainly need to give your body time to adjust! I have a long standing health condition which results in a lot of bed rest. My old mattress didnt give great support which only made my condition worse. Since purchasing this mattress my sleep patterns have shown signs of improvement and conditioning stabilising. Absolutely loved it when I first got it delivered. However not even 6 months into having it, its gone extremely noisy, any movement from me or my partner can be heard from the other, even the slightest movement. I was not expecting it to be this noisy at all, if you want a quiet nights sleep dont get this mattress. Complained to dreams and they sent homeserve out to inspect it and he said its normal. So cant do anything about it. Its creaky and clunks also, god forbid how bad its going to be in a years time.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago now. It seemed very firm when we first got it but i think that was more because our old mattress was so old (10 years). I get very bad back problems and have noticed that when i sleep on this mattress it definately helps my back problems out when asleep. Im sleeping much better than before too. My Silentnight Westland Miracoil Mattress was delivered on 19th June. I bought it to replace a very old memory foam mattress that had no support and I woke up every day after a rubbish night with awful backache and pain. Had this bed for 2 weeks. I love it! Its firm and sturdy. Great height, big and spacious. I feel like I'm in a fancy hotel, so worth the money, wish I bought a new bed sooner. Price was great, done a lot of comparison on different sites. Sleeping all night which I never done before, best present to self in a long time :-) only reason went down 1 star for design was plastic clips to join the divan Base - only got 2, not been an issue but due to size of bed (super king) thinking should have been 4!

I've had my new mattress a few weeks now, I'm glad I didn't go with a firm but a medium firm as I find it a lot harder than my previous mattress which was really soft and completely unsupportive. I'd forgotten what a good nights sleep is like! I used to suffer with aches and pains in my upper and lower back when waking up but no longer suffer with this. The wife and I have had bad backs for some while. I rummaged for the receipt for our mattress and found we had bought it 15 odd years before! I read that this was slightly longer than recommended so I set about the net to find a replacement. I found the superking (cos I'm over 6 foot) firm mattress. This is an excellent mattress, and certainly not on the firm side, in my opinion: the description of it as medium/firm is apt & we find it extremely comfortable yet supportive for those with, let's say, delicate backs. The miracoil spring system makes it almost (a bit) feel like a waterbed (remember those?), so you can bounce up & down a bit on it too & have fun & the memory foam is excellent. Very well made & finished & made in England too. Recommended.

Great mattress, we really like a good firm mattress and this was perfect for us, best nights sleep in a while and havent woke up with any aches or pains! I bought this mattress over a month ago and I am so glad I did it is so comfy. Didn't realise how bad my old mattress had got till I got this one and laid on it for the first time, the support was brilliant. I am now getting a good nights sleep which is great. The mattress is wonderful..Wish I had purchased it much sooner..the matters is supportive and medium soft.,it doesn't say around bodies. Absolutely brilliant mattress, I suffer with migrated vertebrae, scoliosis, kythosis and slipped discs that give me constant sciatica. This mattress gave me one of the most comfortable sleeps I've had in many years, and I actually managed to get out of bed without the pain making me cry. From ordering to the delivery date, was a long wait. When the bed arrived the delivery guys were really nice. The bed for the first few nights was quite hard. It took awhile to get used to. The description of the bed was medium to firm. You really need to test the bed before buying. This is a problem when buying from the internet. It is really good quality and would recommend to other people. Good service and quality.

The mattress is very comfy and a great value for money. it was a bit hard to adjust in the beginning as after moving home we had to sleep on a low quality guest bed and we got used to that. even coming back to a good mattress required some time. but this one is all in all really great. the only problem is that the whole bed feels if one person moves on one side. Do note that this one is very thick and so very high.

Got this bed and mattress in the same for it to be further reduced after I purchased it. Dreams didn't hesitate in sorting it out for me. It was delivered nice and early on the day of delivery and it all went together really easily. Having had a very soft mattress prior to this I was worried it would be too firm, but it's nice and supportive! Love the height of the base, makes it nice and easy to roll out of bed.

I've had this mattress a little over a month now. And what a difference it has made. I have finally found a reasonably priced mattress that offers the support that I need. I have slept on this mattress for 3nights so far after getting a lot of lower back pain on my old mattress; however this mattress doesn't seem to have made a difference as of yet. Although the mattress is firm it is actually quite hard considering there's a memory foam layer which feels non existent. I bought this three weeks ago and Ive had the best nights sleep ever! Its like sleeping on a cloud! Its not too hard and not too soft its just perfect. The memory foam completely tops it off! I bought this mattress for the bed of my adult daughter who lives at home. It was to replace a long outgrown foam mattress. The quality is excellent. It's so supportive and is finished really nicely. Bought this for my 14 year old daughter who's previous bed was 11 years old and had springs popping out!! Therefore this bed/mattress seemed like luxury to her! I love the comfort and firmness of the mattress, however the only downside is that the springs are a little noisy. When lying down at night when everything is silent, you can sometimes hear the springs moving with your breathing and even your heartbeat. It's not a deal breaker, but if this is something you're picky about then I'd perhaps choose a memory foam one

The bed was delivered about a month ago and so far so good. My back and shoulders feel a lot better for it. (Had had my last bed for a number of years and badly needed an update). The only down side was that that the mattress took a whole 3 days to loose the smell after unwrapping and leaving it in a well ventilated room. Apart from that, great.

It isn't "perfect" but it is at the lower end of most of the price points. We are really happy with it, our old mattress had been painfully uncomfortable and this one ticks the boxes! I bought this as it is a combination mattress, I had bought a more expensive combination mattress for myself and wanted something similar but at a lower price point for the spare bedroom. Nice and firm, so supportive and comfortable for your back but the top layer of memory foam means it has a bit of 'give' on the surface and doesn't cause pain on pressure points or joints, no matter what position you prefer to sleep in. Topped sprung mattress. I upgraded from a pure foam mattress because that was becoming too firm and compact. Please could you tell me whether the colour of this base is a light or dark grey? I also noticed that another customer asked about the use of this bed for a child and the response mentioned overheating, the description states otherwise. Can you clarify?

Answer: The base colour is charcoal so it is more of a dark grey.The Memory Foam we use in this model is a comfort layer and is not over thick and therefore generally would not cause over heating.
