I bought this to replace my old mattress, which over time had developed the structural integrity of a pillow case filled with blancmange. After many months of uncomfortable sleep, I eventually admitted defeat and decided to buy a shiny new mattress. Thanks to lockdown and social distancing being in place, I was luckily unable to embarrass myself by offering- and subsequently failing- to help carry the mattress from the van to the room it needed to be in. The delivery drivers were more than capable of carrying it (on one shoulder, making it look much lighter than in fact it was), and all that was left for me to do was to get it from the door to the bed frame. Easy. Back to the point: this mattress gave me the first comfortable nights sleep Ive had in months. In the two weeks Ive had it, Ive not [deliberately] slept on the sofa, and about 50% of the crunchy noises from my back and knees have disappeared (the other 50% are from the fact that Im no longer 18 years old, which is no fault of the mattress). 10/10. Would recommend.

To be fair I placed the order about 2 months ago and then COVID hit, everything got delayed including the delivery of this mattress. But I was okay to wait. I was kept well informed of the delay and prospective dates for delivery and it was really easy to re book when the slots opened up again. The driver who dropped it off was courteous and explained everything about turning the mattress regularly etc and maintained social distance at all times. Now lets talk about this mattress! What do I like about it? Everything its perfect for my 8 and 5 years olds bunk bed and they seem to love it. Ive tested it out too and its super comfortable. No pokey springs no noisy springs just a very comfortable mattress which feels like excellent quality and value for money. Its covered with this satin feeling top layer and that just makes it so much easier to slide the mattress protector on and off. Theres absolutely nothing I dont like about it. Im glad I got it! Would buy again and highly recommend.

I was worried buying this online because I had to trust some reviews rather than try it out myself, but im glad I ignored the negative ones - this mattress is by far the comfiest (for me) For someone who constantly says the floor is the most comfortable mattress, this is great! it is firm and hard so don't expect to be sleeping on a cloud - if you like firm mattresses with a tinyyyyyy bit of give - this is the one! I love a firm mattress because it means I don't sink into it and I don't wake up aching in the morning. (I used to suffer pain in my ribs and back with my previous mattress). despite these other reviews saying you can feel the pockets - I can't at all! (unless I literally feel them with my hands). its bouncy but not too much that the other person moves when you move - its perfect! delivery was nice and quick - I'm so pleased with this buy [accidentally wrote this review on the Morris traditional spring mattress - so if you've seen that review from me, ignore it!)

I tend to sleep on my front and I've always woken up with a bit of an aching back so when it was time to replace my old mattress, I was looking to find something more suitable. The Dreams site's mattress finder recommended a firmer mattress for front sleepers and the Turner Traditional Spring Mattress was one of the cheaper options (and it was on offer when I bought it too). I was initially hesitant when I got it because it was substantially firmer than previous mattresses I've had, but a single night's sleep put my fears to rest! The mattress is very comfortable - it gives a lot of support and the surface is soft and retains warmth well. I find I move around a lot less during the night now, which makes for a better sleep and it's equally comfortable on my front or my back. Delivery was fast and the recycling of my old mattress was a great hassle-free convenience. The delivery guys didn't even complain getting the mattress up the stairs!

This was the first time that I have ordered anything from Dreams. From the website layout I found what I was looking for very quickly, then the order process was very slick and easy to use. I was then sent a confirmation within seconds acknowledging the purchase and also all delivery details. On the day of the delivery I was contacted by the driver when he will deliver my mattress. The driver was spot on with the delivery time, He explained how he was going to bring the mattress in to the property while keeping a social distance. I had absolutely no worries regarding any contamination that could have occurred. All in all a great product but more importantly a great service to go with it. The mattress its self is a very comfortable, it was exactly what I need with a very good price.

I purchased this mattress to replace one over a decade old. I needed a new mattress as I have lost a bit of weight recently and no longer find it as comfortable to sleep on my side like I once did. Now prefering to sleep on my back. After going through the website and using the mattress buying guide I settled on getting a firm mattress. This one had a great deal on it. It has now been a few weeks since buying this mattress. I'm glad I did. At first the mattress seemed hard to me, but after the first night, I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I guess it was just new, and my old one...well, it had seen better days. A new mattress was overdue, it seems! Delivery was bang on time, and the two chaps that delivered it were friendly and jovial, and when I suggested that they could leave the mattress in the hallway and I'd deal with it later, they insisted on taking to exactly where it was going to save me the trouble as, and I quote, "They're very used to manoeuvring these into small spaces, let us do it...it's no trouble" Couldn't have been better.

This mattress is extremely comfortable, being neither soft nor too firm. Due to bad back and neck problems I was advised to change to a medium mattress and use only one pillow. Horror!..but I did just that. The return policy after 30 days is a boon for the anxious. Ill not be returning this mattress. I sleep now nearly the night through and wake for the first time without neck pain and a much happier back. Great value and very well made. Its a not a flip over mattress, just rotate head to tail every month or so after initial first month where I think they advice it weekly. Would totally recommend this mattress.

I hadn't realised how worn out my old mattress was and it was only last year when I started getting lower back pain every time I went to bed that I decided it had to be replaced. I am so glad I visited the Dreams store and had a quick trial of the Turner Traditional Spring Mattress and knew immediately it had just the right level of support for me. Typically the lockdown meant a delay in receiving the mattress but it was well worth the wait as I am so much more comfortable and no more back pain which is a great relief. The best night sleep Youll ever have. I had what I thought to be the comfiest mattress in the whole world so was reluctant to change it but after my better half insisted the search was on. I had some quite specific requirements that I got from the label of my existing mattress (firm, sprung) and the Turner came up tops. This mattress is sooo comfy, and in this current heat so much cooler than memory foam, I still cant believe the price! Ive tossed and turned on mattresses 10 times the cost, an absolute bargain. Dont think twice, you will not find better.

We wanted a fairly hard mattress at a fairly low price, e.g. not pocket sprung mattress but standard springing. This fitted the bill and we are very pleased with it, it is very comfortable and also it doesn't, as another mattress we bought for our guest bed does, capture splinters from the bed base (despite the base having never splintered in 25 years of use). I would recommend it to anyone seeking a good bed at a good price and in addition delivery was free. at one place we looked delivery cost half the price of the bed, totally crazy.

I brought this Turner Traditional Spring Mattress for my teen son, a small double. First it was on offer which was a small bonus. Transaction was easy, and I liked that Dreams kept me updated on delivery the whole time, including a phone call from the driver giving us a 2 hour slot, this was great as it enabled me to work around work a lot easier. The mattress, my son is over the moon, he says it is extreamlly comfortable and his sleep has improved much better from using it. I wouldn't hesitate to use dreams again, fully recommend.

After reviewing Dreams mattresses on line, I went to my local shop at New Cross Gate. I was left for a few minutes to look around and then approached by Gina who it was obvious enjoyed her job and was very knowledgeable. I was offered a coffee and we discussed my requirements , although the mattress was not what I had picked on line , I am pleased with her expert knowledge and I am happy with her advise and the product. Wow, what can I say, the best money we have spent in a long while and so glad we did :) finally after 30 years we decided to purchase a new mattress, but where to start, so many reviews, so much information...arghhh :( read through all the information and reviews and finally decided on this mattress. Easy from start to finish. Delivery people even put it on my bed for me and removed packaging as I am disabled. Mattress is really comfy and great support too. Very happy and pleased to have got it half price in the sale. Downside is that it doesn't have handles on the side to help with turning the mattress. Given this process is weekly for the first month and then monthly, I feel it could do with them to make the task easier. Especially when doing it alone and having a disability. Hence a star knocked off.

Im very happy with this mattress. Its firm just like I wanted it. Very comfortable and offers great support for the back. If youre on the heavier side and struggle with/dont like memory foam or theres two people sleeping on the bed this is the bed for you as it keeps its firmness and support without feeling youre sinking into the mattress. Such an amazing mattress, I bought it as I was getting married and needed new furniture. I tried it in store and was pleased with the way it was. Upon my first night sleep, I honestly slept like a baby. I was expecting to find some discomfort, afterall, I was used to my previous matteress which I'd been sleeping on for years and was naturally expecting myself to have to adjust to it but that was not the case. Bought this 3 weeks ago. Firm mattress which is really comfy. I had problems with online ordering but the customer service helpline was very helpful and sorted the problem quickly. I used the recycling service to remove my old mattress- the bag to place on the old mattress was delivered a few days before. The men put protective covers on their shoes as they entered the house and placed the new mattress upstairs and took the old one away- would definitely recommend Dreams.

I bought this mattress around two weeks ago, and was a little worried at first that it may be too firm. But after sleeping on the mattress for a week its become really comfortable, still firm so provides great support but not too hard nor too soft, just right. I saw all the reviews which was all telling this mattress is really good. I took the risk to buy 4 mattresses for my all family. Delivery was on time. My husband has back ache. I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I am glad I did. It is a firm mattress which offers excellent support, yet is still comfortable with enough give to allow your body to relax. Bought it as it was the highest rated of the lower priced mattresses, I believe it was on offer, and I did not expect it to be just as comfortable as it is. My daughter is finally getting to sleep (and staying asleep!) Having bought a mattress from Amazon a year ago that claimed to be firm, my daughter has had horrifically broken nights of sleep. This mattress arrived promptly, by two very polite people who were kind enough to help me carry it up flights of stairs to my flat. The mattress itself is very firm and comfortable, the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The mattress was delivered in the first couple of minutes of the 2 hour time slot I was given for delivery, so I didn't have to wait around for hours for it to arrive. Purchased to replace a memory foam mattress that we just could not get on with. Online order so took a punt it would be OK from the description & reviews. We apparently paid half price but I dont feel this would be good value if full price. Its a nice enough but fairly basic in design & style. We are using with a mattress topper & so far so good - firmish & no roll together which was our issue with a memory foam mattress.

I bought this mattress to replace one which was in my rental flat - the previous mattress I'd slept on for about four years and it was sunken, I could feel the springs... awful. Saw this and decided to invest in something firmer. I'm very used to sleeping on a soft sunken mattress so it has been quite the change HOWEVER I have also got a memory foam topper on top which makes it perfect for me now. It's definitely firm IMO.

Received two of these mattresses, yesterday, for a guest room, after reading the reviews and was on offer. A bit confused as delivery men said you turn the mattress over but in the overview it says just to rotate. Can anybody please confirm. Not quite as firm as hoped, when I tried it, but that could be in view of me having a very firm mattress so used to that! Anyway, hopefully guests will find them comfortable.

This mattress feels soft yet not too soft to compromise your back. I followed all of the good reviews and took a risk of ordering online without going in store to check out the mattress. However, it was the best decision. Delivery was prompt and they update you on its progress, and simply put it on my bed frame and added my new bedding, I slept like a baby plus it is so reasonably priced. So all in all 10/10.

Its a good quality mattress which I got a n sale, its firm which I like. The thing is if youre used to pocket sprung you probably wont get on with this very well as there is a huge chasm in terms of comfort in my opinion. Its good if its a bed for the spare room or your first mattress But I suggest splash out a bit more and get pocket sprung, sleep essential for our health and definitely worth it.

Brought this for my son in the sale. It was a great price and turned out to be a great mattress. It was delivered on the day that they said it would be and I was informed of delivery times via email, text and even had a phone call from the delivery driver on the day with the time that they would be with us. My husband found it difficult to get a reasonable nights sleep. Like Goldilocks the first bed shop we tried ---the mattress was too soft,1 year later a mattress from another shop was too hard. So in desperation we went to Dreams where a very helpful young man explained our choices.After trying many mattresses we selected the Turner, it was just right and like Goldilocks he is now having sweet dreams!

Mattress is amazing and felt like sleeping at a luxury hotel. The service given at store is 5 star. Used the tester beds and given solid advise. Would highly recommend going to Dreams store and testing the beds. Finance options available and their cover provided is good for price which I took out. We recently brought this mattress which was our very first firm mattress, I can honest say this has been the best sleep me and my wife have had ever, I also have a bad shoulder and the mattress has pretty much fixed it. Plenty of options and good guidance at the Dreams shop. We could be able to compare several options and decided to buy solid ottoman beds with storage for our teenage twin sons. My daughter was searching for mattresses on line, and stumbled across this one. We needed two, one king and one double. This was the best investment we made because we were in need of firmness and comfort. Having recently been diagnosed with arthritis you can't go wrong. I needed to replace the awful mattress in my spare room but didn't want to spend a fortune. I bought this mattress as my old was hsd become lumpy and worn. I'd not realised how bad it was until I got this Turner mattress. Maybe a little firm for some but absolutely perfect for me as I've had lower back pain in the past. So far the matress has lived upto reviews, it is a little hard but i guess thats due to the newness so i will probably by a topper. It is however good value for money and i couldn't have asked for a nicer pair of delivermen who respectable removed their shoes and took the mattress to my chosen room, removing all packaging and ask my opinion before they left.

Not hard wearing. I had one before which sagged substantially over 3 years such that I could no longer use but apparently not enough for the insurance to kick in. Firm and Cool - just what I wanted I find the 'Firm mattress that was delivered, was much firmer than the one I tried in the shop. I stayed in a 4 start hotel at weekend and I ended up turning over their soft and hot mattress onto the 'non-sleep side' - Expenses mattress just make me hot and give me backache. I am very happy with this mattress. A few months earlier, I purchased a pocket sprung mattress for 3 times the price but it is less comfortable than this one. I initially purchased this Turner mattress as my 'spare bedroom bed' but I have now moved it into my bedroom. The guests will just have to sleep on the expensive pocket sprung mattress!

Nice firm mattress and good quality feel. Only down side is the pronounced dips where the buttons are, most modern mattresses no longer have these. It's also not immediately obvious which side is the top as it's a one sided mattress but both sides look the same better labeling would cure this
