Many years ago we had a pocket sprung mattress and we replaced it with memory foam, the single most miss guided purchase we have ever made. We believed the hype the benefits etc, it was like night and day moving from pocket sprung to memory foam, it was hot, restrictive and less supportive. But we lasted 2 years on it with sore backs and necks. Dreams sale comes round for black Friday and I see an advert for the Annison pocket sprung mattress at an amazing offer price. We didn't even try it out before we bought it, because we just wanted back to pocket sprung, now there is a memory topper built in and to be honest it's more like the older quilted feel but with a modern material. Build quality is great, comfort is so much better (medium) we feel that we can rest and relax instead of over heating and being held in place. Our overall experience with Dreams has been great, we ordered the mattress and it did 5 to 7 days delivery, but we received an email stating 5 to 7 weeks. Which was disappointing. But we received a second email saying we would were getting our mattress and the drivers would call us for timings. 10 days later we have our new mattress and the old one uplifted. The delivery guys were really nice and considerate using over shoes when coming in to our house, they were efficient and friendly nothing else you could of asked for.

I ordered this mattress in mid-December, for delivery just before Christmas. Not surprisingly, given the nationwide driver shortage, I didn't get it until just after. Not the fault of Dreams, who were very apologetic and were able to deliver it before the New Year. The delivery team were on time, contacted me in advance, and took all necessary Covid precautions and carpet protection procedures, as well as being really personable and competent. Full marks to them. Now that I have it and have used it I can confidently say that it is living up to expectations. It is firm without being hard and has just enough "give" to feel comfortable whilst supporting well, whatever sleeping position I have been in. I've had issues with back problems, when lying on my back, in the past. That has not happened so far with the Annison so I am hopeful that problems will not develop in the future. The quality of manufacturing seems really good, considering the price in comparison with may competitors. I've not found any loose threads or missed stitching at all. All in all very good value for money, I think.

Having recently tried a pure memory foam mattress (after decades with a sprung mattress), which was both too firm and smelled awful, I wanted to go back to what I was used to. With a limited budget, I was recommended this combination mattress, which is mostly sprung with a layer of foam on top. This mattress is nice and soft (I am a side sleeper) and it is easy to roll out of it in the morning, though this could also be a bit of a minus for people who are prone to moving around a lot in their sleep. My biggest problem with it is still the smell. I am very sensitive to smells, and despite airing the mattress for a day before sleeping on it the chemical smell gave me a sore throat and a headache within minutes of lying down. It's better now after a fortnight of airing it out during the day, but it hasn't gone entirely. So if you are sensitive to smells like me, you might want to try another mattress unless you're willing to stick it out and wait for the chemicals to disappear. If this kind of thing doesn't bother you, then it's a decent, comfortable mattress.

Since this mattress was discontinued I tried a similar mattress in store (I believe the successor to this mattress). The in-store staff were incredibly helpful, not pushy, didn't hover over me pressing me for information and intimidating me, which is very important when doing any big ticket purchase. The bed was delivered all great, friendly polite team, took shoes off when they came in, despite it being a dry day outside. As for the mattress, it's very comfortable, it's only for a guest room so I am pleased with it for it's purpose. I would say thought that there is some clicking noises when initially sitting or laying on the bed in places. Oddly if I stand up and sit back down again the clicking it gone, but then might appear somewhere else on the bed. It's as if the springs are still settling or something?Not had it with my Sleepeezee mattress which was very expensive so maybe you just get what you pay for? If there was no clicking it would be a 5 star, but I've knocked a star off for this reason

I bought this for our spare bedroom - its not easy finding small double mattress's at the best of times. I also have a really bad back - problems for over 30 years so I am not the easiest person to buy beds for. Due to needing a small double I was limited with choice, but I have been really surprised by this. First of all - my main bed has a 1300 mattress so of course it isnt going to compare to that, but (due to husband snoring!) I have had some really good nights sleep on this. It is firmer than I would go for - I normally like a cloud - but it isnt uncomfortable at all. I have a topper on it from John Lewis which helps as well I think. It It doesnt rock or wobble like some cheaper models - and you cant feel the springs. Overall I would rate this a 4 out of 5, but for the price it is 5* all the way. Pleasantly surprised by this and if you didnt have such a rickety old back as mine, then I can see it being perfect for most people.

From the moment I entered the Dream shop to waking up refreshed after the most peaceful sleep in years my entire experience has been a pleasurable experience. It was all rather fun and without her expert guidance I would never have understood all I learned with her no matter how long I spent on the internet researching mattresses. I confidently happily made my purchase . Arrival was also perfect. A young lady and young man arrived so polite and nice . Punctual and with plenty of notice. I bought this mattress during lockdown so admittedly didn't get to try it in store which was a shame but had just moved so didn't have much choice! Didn't want a memory foam one so went with the Annison pocket sprung and thought one layer of memory foam would provide perfect balance of comfort. This is a very comfortable mattress indeed, no faults there when reading in bed or lounging around but for someone who runs hot it hasn't been the best experience as the memory foam layer seems to really retain heat during the night. So I'd say perfect if you like to be really warm and cosy (like most people, I feel like an anomaly!) but if you get hot in the night then probably best to avoid the memory foam layer ones. I also bought on the sale price which was excellent. I also cannot fault the service which has been excellent, I am having it exchanged for something more suitable with the guarantee.

After years on an old wornout mattress we decided to splash out on a new one, so it began we brought an all singing memory foam from a well know brand which is now used in a spare room. At first it was great but soon we found it too hot to sleep comfortably also the edges offered little support to the point i would nearly fall out of bed. Now to the Annison pocket sprung we wanted a mattress that would support a 6st female and a 14st male with no roll together, one that wouldn't cook you and didn't try to eject you if you got too near to the edge, tick, tick, tick we went for a medium firm, so far both of us have had the best sleep ever, the icing on the cake was the price, bought from Dreams ebay clearance store for under 200 as many will ateste you can walk into a store try many mattresses and still make the wrong choice buying online was a gamble but turned out really well.

40 years on one mattress? Ok so it was a good one and well looked after but what to replace it with. Major investment. Then again, memory foam ? Single or double sided? How firm did we really need? Dreams had an offer on the Annison. Going into retirement did we want to keep turning a heavy king sized mattress. Just rotating seemed much better. Swiftly delivered by friendly Dreams staff plus we took the free mattress topper too. First impressions? Medium firmness perfect on a slatted base, excellent isolation from partners movements and really good support. Just enough memory foam to give the body hugging effect with the pocket springs doing most of the support work. Well worth the money. Downside maybe a bit too warm, definitely a different feel to our old felt padded orthopaedic mattress. Do we sleep well on it? Oh yes, very pleased with it.

I recently purchased the Annison mattress for use in the master bedroom. I have been sleeping on it now for over a month and I must say it's the best mattress I've ever had. The quality of the material is impressive, the mattress is durable yet still soft to the touch. The memory foam is exceptional and provides a firm supportive nights sleep, while still providing an incredible level of comfort. It is not too intrusive or hard, and balances comfort with support well. I am usually a very light sleeper and struggle to get a decent restive sleep, but this mattress has genuinely changed my life with its quality and softness, and now I manage a full deep sleep every night and wake feeling refreshed and without any aches. I simply cannot recommend the Annison enough to those of you seeking a new mattress!

After about an hour of bouncing around on mattress after mattress in the shop, we eventually found one that made both me and the missus say "yep-feels great"! placed our order( bonus-was in the sale too!) and it was delivered just a few days later at a time picked to suit. First night on it was a little strange to be honest- and it took a few more nights to get used to the feeling but after 3 weeks...wow. What a difference it has made-not waking up feeling tired anymore, no fidgetting about getting comfy when getting into bed- it's just brilliant. There's very little disturbance to either of us if the other gets out of bed-movement across the whole mattress is muted and silent(no creaking springs!). Found out via another review very recently that this model is one of the best selling ones-very easy to see why.

I've been using this mattress for roughly 2 weeks now and i have to say it is very comfy. Whilst it is slightly heavy, just sitting or lying on it has made going to sleep easier. Before getting this mattress my previous bed was somewhat uncomfortable and offered no support for my back and so I'd often wake up with aches all over. Whilst I was hesitant to buy this one as I thought it wouldn't feel as comfortable i have to say I was mistaken there isn't that feeling of springs digging into your back and it's not too firm, it more so feels like how I'd imagine sitting on a dense cloud feels if that makes sense. I also now am able to fall asleep much faster then I used to and waking up I feel far better and ready to start my day. For me at least I'd say it was definitely worth the money and is very comfy.

We needed a new mattress because my wife has arthritis and bad hip pain. Since we have had this mattress she has been having much better nights sleep. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who would like a comfortable nights sleep. We initially ordered from Bensons, they said five weeks delivery. On the day the mattress was due to be delivered we were given a time slot of 07-00 to 13-00, it didnt arrive. I tried phoning the number we had to be told that I was 79th in the queue, I then managed to contact the local branch to be told that the delivery had been cancelled and it would be a further five weeks, we cancelled the order. We ordered from Dreams and delivery was about two weeks. It was on time and the delivery team were excellent nothing was to much trouble. Excellent service.

Having been extremely disappointed with a Simba mattress becoming quickly misshapen and giving us crippling back pain at less than 2 years after purchase despite following the care instructions we decided to return to a foam and springs combination. Needless to say this was a great decision this mattress is firm but with a pleasant spring. It feels much more supportive and we are not waking up daily in pain. We have only had a month but hoping this continues. Dreams were great, we ordered with ease online, chose an all day delivery date and were given a time slot the night before. The day of they called half an hour before and delivered on time as promised. Great from start to finish! Would buy from again if we needed another mattress!

I bought 2 of these mattresses for my 2 teenage daughters. I did a bit of research into the pricing, quality and reviews and Dreams came out on top. The depth is perfect for their single bed frames, I was worried that they may come up too high but this was not the case. They have a memory foam top which gives extra comfort. I tested the mattresses myself and it was able to accept a heavier person. All in all very happy with the product. Delivery was as stated and the driver called me in the morning to give me a two hour delivery slot and they arrived within that time frame. There were two guys delivering, they were very polite and wore the correct PPE ie masks and gloves. When entering my house they also covered their shoes.

On my 3rd week after delivery & so undecided. Tried quite a few mattresses in store and found this one which appeared to be just as comfortable as more expensive ones and as it was reduced by 60% in store offer, decided on the mattress. However it is not as comfortable as the one in store but it is on a wooden slatted bed. My last mattress was a Dreams own brand and I had that for many years so was confident on my choice. It feels more 'basic' than the description about it & I was partly swayed by the description of support for pressure point as I do suffer with hip and joint pain. I have just over a week to decide on an exchange but worried I won't find the right mattress. Dreams will only exchange the once.

This being the first mattress I have ever bought has changed how I look at mattresses completely. I always thought the price of some mattresses was too much and that as long as it felt comfortable it was fine. Thoroughly happy with this purchase. It strikes the perfect balance of cost, as a full memory foam mattress was out of budget for me, but with the memory foam layer, it's super comfy and I'm genuinely sleeping better on this mattress than I have in a long time. Having tried fully-sprung mattresses, I found I was rolling about a little, and when my partner moved I could feel it. The memory foam layer, however, keeps you in place, so I just don't feel my partner move in the night. It also seems to be regulating temperature incredibly well. And it's not too heavy either. We bought the super king size, and it's a doddle to rotate. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this mattress to others.

Bought this on Black Friday at the Llanelli Store and got good service, with a cup of coffee thrown in. Couple of days later checked the Dreams website and could have purchased it online for 20 less, so much for Black Friday. Leading up to the delivery date got e-mails and text messages about the two hour delivery slot, together with being told that if I was not in it would cost an extra 38. I was in, but the delivery was a bit late, but on the right day and they placed the new mattress on our bed with no problem. Overall find it comfortable, but much softer than our previous Medium Mattress. I find the edges very soft and you will fall out of bed unless you are carefull when getting up.

We spent a long time looking for a good mattress and this is it. Our old matress was very hard and had caused my hip pain. We wanted a softer one and used the Dreams sleep machine to work out which would be best for us. We wanted a medium firm bed and we chose this one as being the most comfortable. Firstly let me say how safe my Daughter and I felt on entering the wednsbury branch in these difficult times. From the moment we entered, the greeting and reassurance of safe covid rules was very welcomed. The staff were very knowledgeable and used a very sophisticated machine to determine the most suitable matress for my daughters weight. A softer bed was recommended and from the moment she tried the Annison, compared to some of the firmer mattresses she knew this was the one for her. I ended up buying two and took advantage of the "take the old mattress away" offer. Delivery was prompt, polite and safe, with great communication from driver and depot. Very happy with choice.

I bought this about six weeks ago due to my old mattress was not supporting my back to a back injury I had resulting in a torn disc I was waking up all night long and feeling everyday unrested and tired with backache so off I went to Dreams store to look and try a new one the staff were very friendly and I told them about my back and they advised me to what product I needed so I settled for this one medium/ firm . For years Ive never really invested in a decent mattress Ive always had cheap ones off amazon etc , and over the years my sleeping has got worse and back pain has developed so I thought Id give a dreams mattress a go. All I can say is wow! This mattress is unreal feels like Im sleeping on a cloud the level of comfort is incredible! I looked in a few different stores for a mattress and I felt completely overwhelmed, however as soon as I walked into Dreams that changed! Each mattress had an information sheet stating whether the mattress was soft, medium or hard and also whether it was coil spring, pocket sprung, memory foam etc. There was no way that I was walking out of the Portrack Lane Store without purchasing a mattress for this very reason. On top of that the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I hardly ever leave reviews but I wish I had gone to Dreams first as it would have saved me a lot of hassle and confusion! I purchased the single sized version of this mattress and it is extremely comfortable the pocket springs are extremely effective at managing your weight. If you are a person that moves around a lot during the night i would advise to put something on the edges of the bed to prevent you from falling out of bed. The springs are really efficient and once all the weight is held by the springs on the edge thus the mattress gets a bit slippery causing anyone lying down on the edge to slip out quite easily. Other than the peak comfort can be found in the centre of the mattress. Extremely durable and regulates body temperature quite well.

Got only 2 weeks,but cant say is good quality mattress,its feel cheaper then it cost,still rolling around in bed to find good spot. Start thinking that i throw away my better mattress .Thinking of return it back,still got hip pain.It was suggested by one of the online managers of the store,was looking at different mattress before i chat online.very difficult to get a delivery,becaue they deliver when they can but not when you available,cant book delivery time.Took me 3 weeks to get delivered.was thinking to cancel my mattres but had to pay for cancellation even if its not delivered yet.Had a hard time with this company.

First class quality of the sales staff. Alex was the guy who served me he was so nice couldn't do enough for me. He tested me on the mattress machine. Then showed me what kind of mattress I should be laying on. I went back to the very first one he showed me and am so glad had a great night sleep every night now. Even made me a cup of tea and a KitKa biscuit.overall sales team were amazing. The 2 lads that came to deliver and build it were great before coming into my house they put protector covers 9ver there feet. I have had this mattress for 2 weeks now and now starting to enjoy it more. Initially I found it a little firm but it has started to soften slightly and now is fine. My main issue is the temperature at night time due to the memory foam added to the top layer of the mattress, however I have now rectified this by spacing my wooden bed slats 3" inches apart apposed to the 1" space before this has made a difference allowing the mattress to breath more. I have also added a cooling mattress protector and together with the spacing in the slats it has transformed this to a fantastic comfortable and cool mattress.

Purchased for my teen daughter. Purchased in sale and i think this price was more sensible than full price amount. Id say its def a medium mattress I tried the next one up which was about 300 more and I preferred that for an adult (couple) bed but as she was a small teen i went for this mattress purely for price. It is comfy mind and shes very happy with her first double bed but long term with two adults sleeping on it, I personally feel the mattress needs some more support/gavel. Thats just personal opinion mind as you cant really fault this mattress for price and its a nice deep mattress.

We used the machine in the shop to test what mattress suited us both. We tried 3 or 4 and I liked this one instantly. Unfortunately it comes rolled up and the first one did not rise enough. After a long wait on the phone to customer services they organised a technician to check it a few days later. He said it was faulty and would be replaced. We heard nothing for a week so called them and they arranged delivery of a new mattress a week later. These things happen but would have neen nice of them to call us and sooner as had 2 weeks on a very uncomfortable faulty mattress.

I am so pleased with my new mattress. I confess that I had doubts when ordering as I had not seen or tried the real thing BUT I should not have worried. I have had years of discomfort trying to sleep with back problems but now I have a mattress on which I can be more comfortable, and sleep well. It is supportive but also soft enough to provide great comfort. The delivery people were absolutely excellent and the removal of my old mattress was done efficiently and without a hitch, the old mattress being taken safely to be recycled. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

Given that we are of an older generation my wife and I decided that we spent so much time in bed we would get the best bed we could afford. Your store explained everything to us and answered all our outstanding questions, we got to try out the different beds and your sales guy in BEXHILL on sea ( Oliver) was really supportive, ever since purchasing our bed weve had the best nights sleep every night. Bought this from Ipswich Ransomes Europark branch where staff were fantastic and deserve a medal!!! The product itself is great quality and comfortable. I had a few nights of getting used to it (is much higher quality and slightly softer than used too) in that I felt little aching in the mornings but after 3rd night I now sleep much better. Team in store explained that must allow some lenience in order to get used to a new mattress hence why they recommend waiting for day 30 before using the 40 day exchange window. Highly recommended for great price!

This mattress is so comfy. I was sceptical to buy it due to being in lockdown and not being able to test out before but it is so comfy. It is medium firmness though it is leaning more towards the softer side is that something to be wary of. Personally for me however this isnt an issue and it is really comfy in comparison to the mattress I had from another company before. I would 100% recommend this product and dreams. Delivery delivery service was really good and it arrived quicker than I had expected. The delivery men were lovely and really helpful.

I have had 4 mattresses in 4 months (with good returns policy), as back problems. Then I had the Dream Match experience in store and it matched me with the opposite to what I had been trying with the others. I Purchased just about 3 weeks ago. A lovely well made good quality mattress. Finally I am sleeping well. Very comfy. I have it on a slatted base making it a little softer than on a solid base as in store and I still have 25 days left to use the Comfy Exchange Option if necessary. Perfect. Now I would never use another bed company.

I had been wanting a new mattress for quite a white and I thought Dreams had closed down in Grimsby but then whilst visiting another shop I saw that they had reopened. I went in and saw what I wanted and immediately purchased it. It was delivered and for the first nights of sleeping I thought I had made a mistake. After that I realised I hadnt it became more and more confortable and I found that I slept a lot better than before. I am disabled with a spinal injury and I have found that with this bed I have slept a lot better and for longer.

My wife had this Mattress as she needed a little more support, I had the Johnstone. We tried the usual range of mattresses in the shop, and our opinion was Dreams own brand was very hard to beat in terms of comfort and cost. We have learned through experience, as we have bought a top-end Millbrook Bed on one occasion, not from Dreams, after being given the sales 'jibber jabber' on how long the quality would last. Well we barely got 5 years out of the thing before it had dipped in the middle! Dreams is a perfect balance of price and quality

I had to buy another replacement mattress after a poor choice purchase on a voucher website. I immediately started getting really bad back pain with the poor mattress after just a month. I decided to change it and went to Dreams. After researching many other mattresses, this one appealed to me. Delivery was quick and excellent customer service. Within two days of sleeping on it, my back pain had almost gone. I'd thoroughly recommend this if you have any kind of back pain needing eased.Well worth the money, and Dreams are easy to deal with.

I purchased a similar mattress from Dreams about 5 years ago with similar specifications as 800 springs and with a memory foam topping in medium feel. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to have it taken away even though I was entirely happy with the original purchase. That model , however is not being sold now. This replacement is of the same construction and price and is entirely satisfactory for my needs. My original purchase was not showing any sign of wear after 5years so I am sure I will get maximum comfort out of this latest model.

Bought this around a month ago for my son aged 5. (Yep a double he's a bit spoiled haha) since having this I've noticed he's not getting up and climbing into mummy and daddies bed as much at silly hours in the morning. I used to think he just woke up and wanted to sleep in our bed instead but now he's got a better mattress I think it's more related to comfort. He tends to sleep straight through now and we're having to prod him to get him out of bed in a morning now haha. Because he's getting a better night's sleep, so are we :) win win

I bought this mattress 1 month and half ago after trying 3 different mattresses that I had to return. So far I have enjoyed a good night of sleep every time and have absolutely no complaints. I have also recommended the same mattress to my brother who was also looking to buy one. He's ordered his yesterday which should be arriving a couple of weeks. I am confident that he will not be disappointing as he too returned a mattress that he purchased last week which was very disappointing. So so far high expectations and no complaints.

We bought this for our second bedroom with the view of my elderly parents using it regularly on visits. But after spending a few nights on it, I don't think it will be good enough for them. There is very little filling over the springs, the bed feels hard. We will need to buy a topper which makes the price really unreasonable for the quality. I wish we had either just bought a cheap mattress from IKEA and a fancy topper or sprung for a truly good mattress. The reviews here seemed to imply this mattress is a lot better than it is.

I bought this a month a go from the store in York. The staff were great and really helpful ensuring i get the best deal on offer. Delivery was simply organised and they were bang on time. The mattress is just right for me, comfy _ I'm getting a great nights sleep - and I'm someone who struggled when I'm not "in my own bed". I usually like a soft to medium mattress although I know the need for good quality and proper support - this medium mattress gives me the best of both worlds - sleeping like a baby!! Would recommend!!

My son first choose this mattress about 8 years ago when he got a double bed. 2 years later my daughter, completely independently, choose exactly the same mattress in the store! Both loved how comfortable their mattresses were that when I came to replace the first one, I instinctively knew it would be a fantastic product. This mattress is now on our guest bed (which does have a number of visitors throughout the year) and so far everyone has commented on how comfortable the mattress is. I am delighted.

Great mattress, mattress's are not cheap so when we were trying to find one to suit it was a decision we didn't take lightly. This mattress is fabulous for us, my husband has a bad back and the change in mattress certainly made his nights sleep better. The 30 day return was an added bonus too, but it's going nowhere! The delivery guys were fabulous too, I had was just putting the last slats onto the bed frame when they arrived, they carried it up 3 floors & waited whilst I finished. Great service.

I had heard all about how you should change your mattress every so many years, but, be honest, who does? However, as the house was being extensively redecorated, and as the old one had definitely seen better days, I though this was a good time. The first night I lay down on it, I realised what I had been missing all these years. Honestly, the bliss. I had been suffering from trouble sleeping for quite some time, but that night, I had the best nights sleep Id had in ages. Definitely a good decision.

Ordered this mattress when another prestigious bed company let us down. The salesguy did his usual "I've got 2 of this mattress and it's so comfortable." I thought to myself "Yeah yeah" That's what they all say! But he was right! It is amazingly comfortable and not too pricey as well! It is between medium and firm. Not too soft but firm enough for someone who suffers with back problems. So we are super happy to recommend this Annison mattress to anyone who is wondering which one they should go for.

We were stuck waiting for a mattress to arrive from another company for 5 months (brexit, then Suez Canal) before we decided to cancel and buy one with dreams. The mattress is extremely comfortable and has improved my sleep quality massively since getting it. In the cold evenings the mattress is insulated well and keeps me warm as I huddle beneath my duvet ensuring me a brilliant night's sleep every night. The one critique I have of this mattress is that when sitting on the edge it tends to slide you off however I believe that this is down to the style rather than this specific mattress. Overall very pleased with my new mattress, anyway back to bed!!!!

Absolutely fabulous mattress. Superb value for money. Really comfortable nights sleep. My adult daughter loves it so much I have more difficulty getting her up as she now spends a lot more time in bed. I would very highly recommend this product. I was very surprised by the comfort and quality of this mattress. Initially I wasnt going to purchase a mattress with the bed, however, I went back into the shop to check it out and realised that I would have made a big mistake as it is fantastic.

This mattress is fantastic! Incredible value for money and Amazing quality. I bought it for my 3 year old son who's always had a good bedtime routine but since having a new mattress he wakes less through the night, I think largely as he's more comfortable and supported. Routine is very important to him and he loves to get his bed ready and lay and watch a film, or read stories with me and his dad. I would definitely buy this mattress again and I would return to dreams with out a doubt.

Visited my local Dreams store as needed to replace an old mattress. After using the Sleepmatch Machine, various options were provided and this proved the best. Its extremely comfortable and as Ive recently had surgery on a damaged shoulder, has provided very good support. Theres none of the buttons that you find on some mattresses as it has a topper which makes sleeping even better. Im no longer waking up with pain in the shoulder or back due to disturbed sleep. Very pleased with it.

I bought the annison pocket sprung mattress alongside a bed frame a couple of months ago. I have had an amazing experience with dreams. The delivery driver was helpful and considerate. The mattress that I bought is extremely luxurious and I have been getting good sleep since having this mattress. The bed frame which I also bought from Dreams gives a classy feel to my bedroom. I feel that the storage underneath is great to have it allows me to store extra items in there. Thank you Dreams.

The mattress is extremely comfortable. It hugs you as you go to sleep! The mattress manages to keep you warm as well as cool throughout the night. Couldnt recommend dreams enough. I ended up ordering online, however I did visit the store and did the sleep test which matched this mattress with me, definitely worth a go if you can visit a branch and the staff are super friendly! Even the delivery was hassle free with a one hour delivery slot a few days after ordering. Thanks dreams!

I spent a whole day visiting different bed shops with a limited budget. The Annison was by far the comfiest and best value for money that I came across. I got it delivered within 5 days, by some super helpful delivery men. After spending the best part of a year on a mattress that had far passed its best, this is like sleeping on a cloud and is really well made. I have had it for a month now and my back/hip ache has gone and the only problem I have is getting out of bed in the morning!

I purchased this mattress in a double size after trying it in store. Delivery was quick and on time. I left the mattress unwrapped for about 10hrs before i slept on it, no real smell left by that point. Mattress has side handles to assist with turning. This mattress is softer than my old Reylon 1000 spring, which is what i wanted as i am a side/back sleeper with a shoulder injury. I find it a comfortable sleep and wake without any pain. For the price i paid (60% off) i am very happy.

The member of staff in the Lincoln store was great. She asked if we needed help but not in a pushy sales way. She got my daughter to use the Sleepmatch system to find what mattress would suit. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I bought this for my 13 year old daughter and she loves it, so comfy. The delivery date was booked as we bought it and it arrived when it was meant to. Delivery staff rang to confirm and were friendly and informed. They used overshoes around my house.

Went looking for a mid spec mattress for a 12 year old. Having initially gone to a well known premium high street store and been very disappointed with the choice, we then visited Dreams for the first time. Excellent service from knowledgable staff. I'm actually surprised how comfortable this mattress is. I bought this for my toddler, but tend to sleep with him often and I'm shocked by how comfortable the mattress feel. I will be looking to buy the same mattress for myself and partner. It's medium hard as in description. Definietly recommend. It took my days to make a decision which mattress to choose, I've read some negative reviews and I was put off. Obviously everyone has different needs, but this mattress was a perfect buy!

Amazing mattress, previously had one of the bed-in-a-box ones that are totally memory foam, but I found it way too hard, and missed the bounciness of springs. This one is great, perfect amount of softness, I tried about 30 mattresses in the Dreams store and the sales rep was very helpful to only show me the plushest mattresses as I'm a side sleeper and weigh under 10st. Order and delivery were both smooth and easy, really happy I went to Dreams and super pleased with this mattress!

I bought this matteress after purchasing my new ottoman bedframe. I was in the store where i got great customer service ans help witht the mattress matcher. Were it told me the mattress type that best suited me. A medium firm. I had laid on this matteress and it felt just right for me. 4 weeks after delivery (and months of deliberation) Im extremely pleased with this mattress. I was worried about the dreaded memory foam smell Id read so much about but after leaving the mattress to air for a few hours after delivery, it was barely noticeable. Obviously everyone has different tension preferences, but personally, this is the perfect balance between soft/medium. The mattress feels like a really good quality which Im hopeful will last a good few years!

I walked into the shop knowing I wanted the cheapest mattress I could find, didnt want anything fancy, just something thatd do the job. The kind man in the store left me to my own devices and I tried out a few including this one, after I had finish pretending like I didnt know what I came in for I went to test the cheapest mattress, it was terrible. The whole time I could not stop thinking about this mattress, I had to go for it, way over my budget but 100% worth it.

I took delivery of this mattress about 3 weeks ago and have slept on it every night since. Its very comfortable and my sleep has definitely improved, to the point that its made getting out of bed in the morning even more difficult for this night owl! The only negative is that the mattress did suffer from mattress gassing when initially delivered due to the plastic it was wrapped in, but this faded after airing it out for a few days with the covers off in the daytime.

The mattress seems to be of good quality and is comfortable. However, I was not really happy with the service with recycling of old mattress. Dreams do not allow you to leave a review of service feed back. In fact it says in the email about this product focus on reviewing the product - not the service I find this unfair of Dreams to do this, as the service provided is part of what you pay for. And if you cant do that, how can it be a honest review on here?

We purchased this product as we needed a bed that met our health requirements. This meets all of these. The product is well made and the standards of finish are excellent I have only 1 problem, this is with the storage space under the bed. The space is good, but lifting and lowering the bed to access this requires some strength and body weight. I have a heart condition and weigh less than 8 stone. So the problem relates to health problems, not product faults.

Excellent clear information on the website. Ordered online and was kept very well informed on the progress of the order. The delivery men rang as stated on the email to confirm arrival time, placed the mattress where I wanted it and took away the packing material. This is the first time I've bought a mattress because I have always bought divan beds in the past. I didn't feel that a mattress on a bed frame would give me enough support (I'm a big girl) but I was very pleasantly surprised. I did some research prior to buying the mattress and I felt the Annison Mattress would give me the support I need. I bought the mattress just over a month ago, I'm getting a great quality of sleep, the mattress is firm and very supportive.

This mattress was bought to replace a Dreams mattress that we purchased ten years ago. We are happy with it and it is very comfortable but it isnt as deep as our old one and so its a bit of a shock that our bed now seems so low, also the edges are extremely soft so when you sit on the edge to get in or out of bed you almost slip onto the floor. Good mattress but not as good as our old one despite my best attempts to buy like for like and price wasnt an issue.

I bought this Annison mattress about a month ago in store. The sales assistant was super informative and really helpful and went out of his way to find me the best mattress to suit me. The mattress is really high quality and I got it at such great value. I instantly had better nights sleep after using it and rarely toss and turn during the night. It is so comfortable and soft, and moulds around your body without feeling too much like a pure memory foam mattress.

After months of moaning about the state of our 8 year old collection of creaky springs wrapped in a light layer of fabric, we finally decided to use what was supposed to be holiday money (thanks lockdown) to upgrade. The idea of going to bed has gone from a slow death march to now going to bed early to enjoy this luxury. The layer on top really helps to make any (Sleeping) position the best. Not a single day have I woken up with one side of me numb.

We bought this mattress based on the other reviews on here and were desperate for a new one during lockdown as our other one was really old. Unfortunately it hasnt lived up to expectation and we have both been suffering from hip pain since purchasing (we arent both in our early 30s). Not sure if it is too hard or too soft but thought we had picked correctly with a medium and all the good reviews, we are side and front sleepers, really not for us :-(

I bought this mattress for my daughter - who is 22 and suffers from hypermobility. As a result of her condition sleeping can be a painful experience if she lays in the same position for too long. When this mattress arrived she was a bit skeptical as to whether it would ease her discomfort but now has to admit that this was the best mattress purchase foe her to date! With its soft memory foam topper and cloud like softness she now sleeps like a baby.

Bought this mattress a few weeks ago and so far so good! Its comfy, easy to manoeuvre and has handles - very useful as you need to spin it weekly so it doesnt wear out in the same place. It is softer than medium support but still comfy and great price. The memory foam is thick but please be aware its only on one side of the mattress so you cant flip it over. The heat regulation is good and Ive been having good nights sleep since purchasing!

I bought this mattress about a month or so ago and I love it. It's very comfortable and I have had a great night's sleep since. I suffer from back problems so wanted something with a medium rating of firmness and this is perfect. My partner prefers a firmer mattress but us more than happy with our new one. The down side is that you can't perch on the edge of the mattress because it's not firm enough! All in all, I'm very happy with my new mattress.

There is so many different types and I was so confused by what I wanted, I went into Chester Sealand store and spoke to a gent who was so helpful. He told me to find the best fit to give the machine a try that fits the right mattress to you which I did and was recommended this mattress. Four weeks later and honestly, I hate getting out of bed its so comfy!

A very comfortable mattress. Certainly is medium, not too firm and not too soft, we've had plenty of great nights sleep on it. Its also handled kids jumping up and down and other activities over a number of days and still as comfortable as when we bought it. Not sure what more there is I can review over a mattress but if bought you won't be disappointed, very comfortable. Plus if its good enough for Team GB, its definitely good enough for me!

We went into store and used the machine that assess which mattress is best for you. Both myself and my partner were matched with any medium, pocket sprung mattress. I can honestly say I havent looked back, this is mattress is really comfy and supports my shoulders that much I have even stopped using my orthopaedic pillow. Delivery was quick and the the drivers were even kind of enough to put it on the bed for me and remove the packaging.

The delivery service was impeccable and professional. The mattress is advertised as medium but I would say that is is on the softer side. It could just be that I had an extra firm mattress before and I was used to that being "medium" but it is very comfortable and I don't wake up with a bad back. The only thing is that it feels very watery. That might be a deal breaker for some people. I don't mind the feeling of being on water personally.

I went to try out a couple of the mattresses in the sale (PPE was provided) this mattress was instantly my favourite so I bought it there and then. It didnt take long at all to get the mattress ordered and delivery was much quicker than I assumed, it was just a couple of days away and there was availability on the Saturday, so I get Saturday delivery for free. The mattress is super comfy and I couldnt recommend going to Dreams enough.

I bought this mattress for my son one month ago. He is 14 and was finding that his childhood mattress was not supportive enough for him anymore. He had a sleep analysis on the computerised bed at the store and the report then advised the matresses suitable for him. We did not go for the most expensive - we went for the one he found the most comfortable. He has not complained once since buying his new mattress! Very happy boy and mum.

I have battled with mattresses generally and i have to say that my new mattress is an absolute double win. First, I got it at a ridiculously low price on sale (first win) and second, the mattress is AMAZING. Very happy - bought for our 6 yo daughter as the next 10 years bed, and glad we went to the store. Initially had chosen a firmer support, but she didnt find it comfy as my 110kg probably thought that the more support the better! She sleeps very well and the price is well placed for the quality you get. Well worth the few more pounds vs. the cheaper single foam slices which usually are recommended with children single bed frames.

A quality mattress, very worth the price. I'd gotten so used to bad mattresses that I forgot how essential a good one is, and upgrading to this has drastically reduced the amount of back ache I have when I wake up. There's not much to say other than to recommend trying the mattress out in-store, as its comfort really does speak for itself. As for the design - it's a mattress. It doesn't look cheap, but it does look as you'd expect.

They carried it up to the room I needed it in. You have to open the plastic covering on the matteess for a few hrs before using it, to allow the smell to escape which they explained to me. It is so comfortable. I ordered a medium and it is perfect for me. No complaints atall!

We bought this new mattress a few weeks ago, having shopped around quite a bit to find one. We thought it was good value compared to some others and seemed comfy when we sat on it in the shop. We have not been disappointed since receiving it, we managed to have it delivered only a week after purchasing it and the delivery service was great. It's perfect for what we wanted and so comfortable - we would definitely recommend it!

We needed a new mattress badly, back problems, or nights sleep etc. Went to drabs in lockdown, tried every mattress there, selected this one for is soft firmness, odd wording I know, but if you try it, you will know what I mean... First night, 8hrs straight no waking up and no back pain in the morning! Sleeping so well now that it's now a pleasure to go to bed instead of a dread! Can't recommend it enough, thank you Dreams!!!

I bought this mattress from the Coventry store a few weeks ago and I am really pleased with the comfort level. After years of a spring mattress it was so nice to upgrade to this mattress. The staff were really friendly and it felt safe in store. A week after I bought it the price was reduced so I messaged customer service and they agreed to refund the difference. I was so happy with every aspect of the order and delivery.

I am 6ft 5 and quite broadly set, I find it very hard to get comfortable and get a good nights sleep. However ever since I have has this mattress I have had no problems sleeping and feel like a new man. I no longer wake up grouchy and tired and feel like I have a head start on my day before ive even woken up. Cannot recommend this mattress more and hopefully everybody else gets to experience this pure bliss of a product.

This is the second time we have purchased from Dreams, once in store and once on line. All I can say is that in both occasions the experience was nothing less than excellent. In store the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. On line was simple and everything went exactly as it should. We foolishly put off buying a new mattress for some time and eventually bought a new one 3-4 weeks ago and oh boy we are so happy we did. This mattress is perfect. So comfortable and not too hot. Downside is you just don't want to get out of bed. My husband and I genuinely think it's once of the best household purchases we've ever made. 100% would recommend it. Answer: Unfortunately we do not have a direct upgrade for the Fantasy mattress. However the Annison has a memory foam layer and is a medium comfort grade which the Fantasy had, but the springs are pocket sprung and the Fantasy was open sprung.
