Revived Mattresses are a new eco-friendly product on the market so it is still proving quite difficult to find too many long-standing reviews, however, initial feedback seems generally very positive.
Who Makes Revived Mattresses
Revived are a sub-brand devised and created by the retailer Dreams Beds. These guys specialise in a vast array of different mattress types from a range of mattress brands. Not one to shy away from getting involved in the manufacturing process, dreams have opted to create these mattresses themselves after identifying a gap in the market. These mattresses are similar to those that you would find branded under The Dreams Workshop with the primary exception being there lean toward ecologically friendly materials and upcycling throughout the process. These mattresses are very competitively priced and feature good quality materials.
How Much Do Revived Mattresses Cost
Revived mattresses pricing starts in the higher end of the market segment, pricing from £499.00. This price is for a single mattress and increases dependant on the size of product needed. The key factor to remember is that while the price point might dissuade some from pursuing this range of mattresses, it really does offer some incredible value for money in terms of the components and fibres used. Remember, you spend a third of your life sleeping, is £499.00 too much to ensure that this part of your life is spent in comfort? We certainly do not think so.
What Are Revived Mattresses Made Of?
Those conscious of the environment will be pleased to know that parts of the Revived mattresses are created from recycled materials whereby an average of 230 upcycled plastic bottles go into these mattresses. Aside from this tasty tidbit we also have all the usual suspects involved in creating a luxurious product. We have pocket springs a-plenty, averaging around 2000 across the range. This is a huge amount of springs, your entire body will contour around these products as every spring adjusts to each pressure point against your body. The benefits for this in terms of quality of sleep can be huge. Remember though, the more springs, typically the firmer the mattress (to an extent dependant on the type of springs and generally spring-ee-ness). Other things we enjoyed with these mattresses was the unique usage of upcycled seaqual yarn on the covers of the mattress, once again environmentally conscious, and again something that will increase the general comfort of the mattress.
Are Revived Mattresses Any Good?
Reviews are still trickling in for this impressive range of mattresses and will be a while until we see some long-standing performance tests, however, initial feedback seems to be in the 5-star region and people are making clear that they definitely love the new revived range of mattresses from Dreams Beds.
