We ordered our Superking Aura TV bed from the Stoke-on-Trent store. Kingsley and Amanda were very helpful in assisting us with trying and choosing our bed, two bedside Kuban bedside drswers/tables and 180cm artisan grand cr mattress. The delivery was very successfully completed by Paul and Ian. We had accurate, timely updates via email, text and finally a phone call 20- 30 mins prior. We worried about whether it would fit into our home (3 storey newish build cira 2011). Paul and Ian managed it really well and all boxes were on the right floor (middle) within 20 minutes. Expected 7-9am. Called at 6.35am. Arrived 7am. All boxes in the right place by 7.20. Bed built by 14.00. We read the very helpful reviews here previously (thank you previous reviewers) so we knew we had to read instructions in advance (we downloaded them online the 48hrs beforehand) and that Step 36 should be step 1 as it involved unzipping the back of the headboard. There was a step in step 29 that required undoing one of the gas struts so board O could be attached to the ottoman base, ehich wasn't clearly stated. My husband did the entire bed construction solo but said step 26, putting the ottoman boards P and O on, is where he could've done with a hand. After the bed was delivered at 7.20am, he spent approx 90mins unboxing everything and loading the car for the tip. We had a 45 min breakfast break and two comfort breaks (one for a grocery delivery). The mattress was on the bed ready for bedding by 14.00. The TV was easy to install. We've slept on the bed very comfortably for a little while now and are very pleased with our purchase. We use the USB-C chargers and the lights work well too. We have the matching drawers and the set looks lovely. We are really happy and sleeping very soundly.

I remember when we purchased this bed, we saw some mixed reviews on here. I'm glad we made our own judgment and bought it, because its a fantastic bed! A couple of things to note. Allow a day to get this bed constructed. If DIY is not your thing get someone who knows what they are doing to build it. Most of it can be built with one person but there will be stages where you need two, no matter how good you are! It took me 7 hours and I make/build bespoke furniture and renovate houses for a living. Once built, the bed looks super plush and works really well. The base is fantastic for the Eve memory foam mattress we bought at the same time. The lights look fab and the surround speaker system is a nice bonus. The sound system can be a little temperamental, but for us it's not a problem, you just have to play with the settings from time to time. The tv up/down mechanism is smooth and reliable so far (3 months use). The 'free'' tv is slow to start up but once on, works ok (easy to replace for something better if you want I suppose). Id recommend buying the marching bedside tables with the same lighting, the whole set looks amazing together. Finally, this thing is really really heavy (we have the superking). You won't be moving it without taking it to bits, so make sure you build it in the right place (and get a new carpet down before building it, if that's something you plan to do in the near future!) We love this bed, for us its been a 5* purchase. Bensons were great too- although out of stock at time of purchase, everything arrived a month sooner than we were advised and the communication was excellent throughout.

Wevlove this bed , however be prepared for plenty of teething troubles , the first being putting it together ....... It took two of us , Myself and a guy whom I had to get in to do the job. It took us nearly 8 hours and the chap who we got in to do it was a kitchen fitter / electrician, At times he was baffled . The trick is to read the instructions extremely carefully , sometimes you may have to skip one bit and go back to it , but you will eventually get there. Do the headboard wiring first , and have plenty of weetabix , because this thing is really heavy , we have laminate floor in our bedroom , and luckily it did slide into place , but if you have carpets , get a crane in. Once you get going it is a challenge , and at times very frustrating however the end result is amazing , the bed is fantastic when assembled. DONT TRY AND DO IT ON YOUR OWN. You will need someone who actually has some sort of knowledge about flatpack furniture.

Very expensive for the amount of errors. It is a little bit of luxury especially the blue in colour one but the bit they don't tell you is the back board is where all the electrical set up and cables are. The bed is very heavy and if anything needs adjusted in the back board you need to open out the side. If this is against the wall it would be impossible. Luckily we made it a bit ahead of the wall but this creates an uncessary gap between wall and bed and due to heaviness of bed unable to move. Should really have a feature to move the bed if needed. The lights also did not work and needed replacing and refitting which again would require the bed to not be against the wall. When resting on the back board as it is not against the wall it makes it difficult. The tv inside is great but the surround sound doesn't work.

Ok the bed is ok and the tv is ok. But the surround sound is a bit pointless as you just hear the tv in one ear as a speaker is right next to your head either side. The surround sound keeps getting out of sync with the tv which is annoying. So we turned it off. Now for what they don't tell you the bed and bedside drawers have charging points big selling point for us but when dark you are in a light show of flashing blue lights it's crazy. The bed itself is sturdy and very very heavy so appears to be well built. Unfortunately for us it was a complete waste of money as we had no choice but to switch it off because of the flashing blue lights from every charger point. The staples mattress is absolutely fantastic best sleep we have had for years. No more aches and pains when we get up in the morning.

Bed looks great however a few issues. Firstly ridiculously heavy and we cannot move it if we need to. The tv has been a pain has a mind of its own and works when it wants to. Sometimes the screen goes up and down for no reason. Should be a button on the bed to lift the tv up in case you misplace the remote. Surround sound is good when you get settings right but when it automatically does it you can hear anyone talk just all the background noise. Massive gap between headboard and mattress or if we push it up massive gap at the bottom. Just disappointed when we hadn't had a new bed in a very long time and decided on something we though gave a bit of luxury

Aura Ottoman in Grey ... Well made and very Luxurious bed, very thoughtfully designed and really impressed with the craftmanship. Sound is fabulous. Took 5 hours for me and my partner to put together (mostly him !) Really well packaged. One of the boxes is very big so you need to check you have the ceiling height to get it up the stairs, just made it on mine. Reading the reviews really helped us as you need to make sure you wire the headboard in before fitting the bed together as it is very heavy ! What a bonus we brought this over a Bank Holiday and got a huge discount, really happy and it comes with a five year guarantee :)

This bed truly is a show stopper, the fabric is gorgeous and the whole tv, lights, etc is just next level!!! Building the bed took 7 hours for 2 of us to do and if you buy this bed it's pretty straight forward HOWEVER be sure to to the head board wiring FIRST then move your headboard to the exact place you want your bed once put together if you have carpet especially the bed is a beast and ridiculously HEAVY, you'll struggle to move it or to get behind the headboard to do the wiring (which is on one of the last steps in the instructions) Honestly you have to do the headboard wiring first!!! You'll thank me for this advice

Absolutely one of the best things I've ever purchased, bed has good surround sound speakers , LOUD too!!! Light are nice in head board, storage under bed is massive. We had the kind size. Tv prefect size as it's closer at the bottom of the bed than on the wall , mattress is comfortable and had great nights sleep since had this bed ..I know people will say it's a lot to pay for a bed BUT you spend half ur life Sleeping so SLEEP WELL !!!!! Love it , can't complain not even on the price tag the quality is great , u pay a good price for good quality , overall very happy , thanks benson for beds

Firstly the delivery guys were on the ball and very helpful, they lugged the heavy box's upstairs to the designated room. The bed took about 5hrs to build on my own at first then daughter held my screwdriver. When completed and was able to push in place (very very heavy when built), it was the best night sleep in years. Still figuring out the surround sound, sounds like oneside is faulty but not wanting to endure the build again will live with it. Set aside plenty of time to build and my advice would be to set the headboard up first so it's in position ready to build fully where you want it.

Wow, wow, wow.. absolutely perfect! Finally no more stiff neck looking up at the TV on the wall and the surround sound is absolutely fantastic! Took a bit of time to build, 2 people 3.5 hours and wow is it heavy duty! I'm so glad the delivery was to the room of choice, as I don't think I could have lifted it upstairs.. well built, comes with everything you need to get it set up and very well instructed by the manual.

Overall rating should be a 5 star comfort level is 10/10 amazing sleep every night. The reason why it's such a low rating is because it took myself 4hrs to assemble. I read the reviews before I did assemble the bed and it was a good job. Before you do anything go to the last page of the instructions and plug the head board into the main supply. It's impossible to move once it's installed unless you have 6 people.

I am very happy with my bed to the point of where I don't want to get out of it. I spend most of my time in bed watching television programmes or movies. The sound quality is amazing for movies and music. I recommend this bed to anyone who is thinking of upgrading their bed or just getting a new one. You would not be disappointed. I am not :-)

The bed I never thought I needed but can't imagine life without. A luxuriously designed bed equipped with everything a modern tech lover needs. Smooth electric TV system, excellent picture and surround sound amongst much more. Would be 5* but the assembly was very time consuming (however absolutely worth your time!).

This is an amazing bed but the light on the side of the frame started smoking badly when the fitters were assembling it. Waited 2 weeks to get it repaired. Must admit after that happened I'm nervous about leaving bed plugged in when I'm not in. Spoilt it for us unfortunately
