Purchased an Tempur Ottoman bed which is excellent. It is appears very well made and the bed is easy to lift and put back down unlike some others I have experienced. Staff in the shop were knowledgeable and it was clear had worked there for some time and received training as they could answer questions. The only thing I disliked about my dreams shopping experience is your unclear pricing, some beds were advertised on the shop floor at the price they sold at, whilst for others you had an ottoman bed on display with a price saying from . However the from price was for a non ottoman version with out a headboard and the price doubled when adding these features. So putting that price next to an ottoman bed on display is slightly misleading. Personally I didnt like this tactic and I was going to take my business elsewhere as it felt a little false to me. But your staff found me what I wanted at the price point I wanted so ultimately I went with dreams and Im very pleased with what I got. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is due to the in store pricing which I felt was misleading.

We bought the TEMPUR Reign Velvet-Finish Ottoman Bed Frame when we bought our Tempur mattress and we love it. We got it in green and it is such an elegant addition to our master bedroom. The bed frame has a sense of sturdiness that we thought would withstand removal in case we had to move houses. The storage space under the mattress is beyond spacious. Weve found it perfect for storing clothes that we would only wear a few times a year. The one caveat I think is the effort and physical space it takes to assemble the bed. The additional mechanism and weight of the bed frame does mean that you would need to be pretty confident with your assembly skills and have a big enough room to work in if you are opting for self-assembly

I bought during Black Friday week 400 off so I got my moneys worth. The bed feels sturdy and well built, assembled by my partner with a bit of help from me. We chose green colour as it looks the best out of the 4 colours we saw in store. The only reason I have it 4 stars is that the 2 planks at bottom of the box sit directly on the floor and are not the perfect size leaving a gap between them and the floor underneath. I also love the fact that the storage area is not separated in 2 as I have seen with other ottoman beds.

This bed arrived with a large mark on the headboard which was a disappointing start, although a replacement headboard is due to be delivered later this week. The bed looks lovely but that's the only favourable thing I can say about it. I hadn't appreciated that the sprung slats base would have an effect on making my new mattress feel much less firm than on a divan base. I am finding the bed uncomfortable and waking up with backache. Really regretting the purchase and wishing I had stuck with a bedframe with a sold base.

The bed frame looks very smart when built and the storage space is excellent. Really pleased with the purchase. The only negative was the package arrived without the straps a few of the foot pads had fallen out/bent. I fixed the foot pads and put back in place and Dreams sent some straps quickly.

The product quality and ease of build is amazing. However there has been one issue. The side parts they had sent for me are the wrong ones and I have them coming out to replace it soon. However was still being able to use my bed. Just cant use the ottoman feature until the new bits arrive

I love the way this bed looks and works as an ottoman. It was super simple to put together. Beware that UK sizes are smaller than EU sizes (if youve had an IKEA bed)

What is the weight ratio on each side of this bed please

Does the "solid base board ottoman storage" sit directly on the floor, or is there an air gap? Wondering if would be a show-stopper for underfloor/carpet heating.

Answer: The base board sit directly on the floor especially when loaded there will be compression on the carpet. You will need to speak to your heating installer and manufacture along with the supplier of the carpet to identify if there is an issue with air circulation and heat transfer.Many thanks

Is it easy to open with a heavy mattress?

Is the gas strut ENDS on this bed meant to be angled? I also cannot get the screws more than half way in on the left side rail. I don't think the holes has been Properly made.
