This mattress is *chefs kiss*. We fell in love with it in store when I was unable to get off it for about 30 mins and was on the verge of falling asleep. The last mattress had a fault which made it very uncomfortable. We had tried other mattresses but nothing ticked the box until we laid on this. It was ridiculously comfy, firm, supportive and level; everything you could want in a mattress. But, things get better!! There's a side for summer and a side for winter too. The winter side is so soft and is going to keep us so warm! We've slept so much better since this mattress came to our home and is by far the best mattress I've ever invested in. We now both really look forward to sleeping because we know we're going to wake up refreshed and not aching.

I really love this mattress. This is the first mattress I have ever chosen for myself (all previous have been awful selections of cheap landlords). I have various back issues that give me pain and discomfort on a daily basis and this mattress is an absolute dream (pun very much intended)! It is firm enough to support my spine, but with just enough give to allow for supreme comfort while sleeping. I love the options for flipping the mattress for summer/winter periods and expect this will also help remind me to actually flip the mattress periodically as mattresses require but human brains often forget. I would wholeheartedly recommend this mattress to anyone - those with spinal issues or those blessed with pain free bodies.

A very comfy mattress. The drawers in the divan are very handy and are a good size, too. We were served by Linda at the Stafford branch. She was very knowledgable and helpful. We bought a mattress with a winter and summer side. When trying it out in the showroom, lying on the fluffy winter sde of the mattress it felt extremely comfortable. At home after putting the mattress protector and bottom sheet on the mattress still feels comfortable but not as much as the showroom I realise though that you have to protect the mattress with bedding. The delivery team: Dan and Wojciech were also very good and efficient. The old mattress was taken away and the mew bed was put together in a very short time.

From choosing the mattress with guidance, to having it delivered then sleep on it, was seamless. The mattress itself, is miles away from from the one had replaced, which had seen better days. This mattress was deeper, easier to move (handles on the side). The cooling element of it, has really worked in the recent hot weather, and we look forward to the other side, during the winter months. For comfort, it too a couple to days to get used to it, but now we can honestly say, that we have slept so good. My wife was always getting up at 5.00 am because she couldn't sleep properly, now she is actually able to have a deserved lie in. We love it....

I am not sure about this mattress. After a fortnight there were discernible hollows on either side of the mattress. The firmness seems okay but we were not expecting to see our body shapes in relief on the mattress. We have turned the mattress round to see what happens over the next few weeks. Either way we have to live with it but would think twice before buying this model of mattress. Bensons have been excellent to deal with, so I'm most happy to go back to them if needed in the future.

Very comfortable. My partner has to get up several times a night and used to wake me every time. Once I'm asleep I don't wake till morning alarm because the bed allows him to slip out his side without my side moving. I do have to sit in bed often during the day due to a disability and I find it a bit firmer than is comfortable but that is preferable to my previous memory foam mattress that formed a bum shaped hollow and stayed like that.

Really love the bed and definitely sleeping better. We have had it about a month now. Bed feels warmer on the winter side. Of couse its not summer yet so havent tried the cooler side but fingers crossed it works. Matress is very deep so had to buy new bed sheets Bed is comfy and great quality Delivery was fab. The staff at Bensons for bed were very knowledgable and helpful, the mattress we ordered was delivered on time despite the fact that we had to change the delivery date. The two men who delivered it were very pleasant and efficient and the removal of out old mattress for recycling well worth the reasonable cost. I would not recommend this mattress as it's too deep meaning you have to purchase deeper fitted sheets by the time you put on your protective sheet your average fitted sheet just doesn't fit and it's not always in stock to get a deeper one. It's also too firm even though it states it's a medium. I like that you can flip the mattress but it's difficult to do on your own.

We have slept on this mattress now for almost 3 weeks - it is very comfortable. The deep depth made finding fitted sheets initially difficult! It took some getting used to to being an extra 10cms off the ground. No issues with slumping, being too firm or causing pain. Delivery was a few hours late but the drivers were exceptional, considering the narrow hallway.

It's not bad But it is already dipping noticeable now and causing my wife backache. We are not overweight and just not finding this mattress not that comfortable. Very comfortable, very cool for summer, however the material on the mattress does gather in one spot depending on how you lie on it which is strange and I find quite annoying. The mattress also doesn't bounce back very quick meaning it keeps your body shape in it for a while. It's usually gone by the evening though.

This is a really good quality mattress and I particularly like the choice of 2 sides, warm for Winter and cooler for Summer. I can't give it 5 stars however as because it is so deep, none of my sheets fit and even though I'm average height it's a bit of a struggle to actually get into bed because it's so high!

Lovely mattress. Instantly got on with it. The one thing I would mention is, it's a very deep mattress, when you combine it with a drawer divan it makes getting into it, or should I say up to it, challenging. But that is not the beds fault. It is well worth the purchase.
