I was just passing Dreams and having had a mattress for nearly 9 years didn't realise that it should be replaced having seen the advertising from the doorway. Rayanne immediately approached me with a smile and warm welcome to find out what I needed. I didn't really know and assuring me with her knowledge she explained how the process worked with regards to finding a new mattress to specifically suit my needs without any pressure, jargon or hard sales push. This was a fresh revelation. It was like she was a professional expert here to advise and guide. She showed me the mattress test that would give me some ideas to what would suit my body, preferred sleeping position and budget. All this was done whilst reassuring me of their Covid arrangements to ensure safety and make me feel safe and reassured. After using the machine for 3 minutes she went through the recommended mattresses. She was not rushed, but to the point, politely and in a friendly manner. She made me feel relaxed and not pressured into buying but with such professionalism, knowledge and guidance I knew that I now needed a new mattress. I tried several (with my own pillowcase cover that was sprayed) and she allowed me to go back and try them again to make sure I was happy with the purchase. She reiterated that even after the mattress was delivered I still had time to change my mind. Such a great experience. Relaxed, professional and knowledgeable. This is how all sales staff should be and what a great employee Rayanne is! More like Rayanne please!! I be back in eight years time to buy again!! PS Since buying the mattress (3 weeks ago) I have had the best sleep ever. The mattress was actually half the cost of the previous one I bought (from a reputable high street store)! We absolutely love this mattress and I'm so glad we ordered it. My husband was a bit sceptical but we both agree now that it is perfect and worth every penny. I wish we had ordered it sooner! We both get a good night's sleep, it looks and feels luxurious and little aches and pains we both had have disappeared so I think we've benefitted from the extra firmness and support compared to our old mattress (which was quite soft and old). Ordering from Dreams was really easy and straightforward too. We did visit our local store first where the staff were very helpful and informative, but we didn't feel pressured to make a decision there and then which was nice. I would return to them in the future and recommend to anyone.

Even though on dreams website you can choose either a medium hardness or a hard hardness mattress it turns out that there is only one model available which s actually a hard mattress. In the shop when we tried it out, it seemed very comfortable but when ours was delivered, sleeping on it, it seemed much harder than the one in the shop. having slept on it now for over 2 weeks it does seem more comfortable that when we first slept on it. I don't know if that is because i have got accustomed to it or if it actually has changed. either way it is now sufficiently comfortable for me to now not be considering changing it.

Comfortable bed, nicely firm (would rate it 8 on the firmness scale, where 1 is softest and 10 is hardest). Despite its firmness, it still feels soft due to the thin layer of foam near the surface. Good top-surface (furry material), well-positioned handles. The only downside is that the mattress feels surprisingly floppy when it is being turned. And after only 3 weeks of use, there are small but visible depressions on each side of the bed where each person sleeps. This in no way detracts from the comfort of the bed, which is overall more comfortable than its price-point would suggest.

Like other reviews I found that the mattress was firmer than the one tried in the shop. It is supportive and reasonably comfortable but I am still getting used to how firm it feels. My old mattress was quite soft so I am hoping that with a bit of time I will be able to get used to it. I have tried it with my mattress topper and it was comfortable enough with that. So if it doesn't feel comfortable enough I can go back to using the extra topper to get the level of comfort I want. It is very supportive and I am sure it is better for my posture than my old mattress was.

After being assessed on the sleep machine we were given a choice of mattresses that would suit our sleep needs. The sales advisor Mrs Kerry Richardson suggested the sleepeeze paddington would be a good match. We took her advice and are really thankful we did. We have used this matress for about a month and every night we have had blissful sleep. No longer do we wake up with back ache, stiff joints or feeling we need to go to the osteopath. After waking up every morning with lower back pain we decided now was the time to upgrade the mattress. Was worried that it wouldnt be as comfy as the old trusty mattress we already had..i couldnt have been more wrong!! I genuinely love this mattress. Only problem with this mattress is, its super hard to get up in the mornings and its so tempting to roll over and snooze the alarm!!

I bought this a few weeks ago as we moved house so wanted a new mattress. We used the machine in dreams to find the mattress best suited to us and this was one of the options. Excellent delivery service. Purchased the king paddington mattress in medium. Husband loves it as it actually feels really firm, whereas my back is hurting after sleeping on it for 2 weeks. I find it too firm and therefore not too happy. I am hoping it will soften up soon! You will need extra deep mattress protectors and fitted sheets for this one as my regular ones keep popping off.

This is probably the best mattress Ive ever brought, its so comfortable and the best night sleep Ive had in a long time. The mattress is soft but firm but vey supportive. The fleece layer on the top gives it a very nice luxurious snug feel. I bought this a month ago and from day 1 this does not feel like the same like for like matress that i tried in 3 different shops before buying. On the invoice it does not stipulate the firmness, but i ordered med /soft , but no proof this is what has been delivered. Seems like 899 is just not enough to get that confirmed in writting. Its just not comfortable enough !

its always difficult to make a decision when purchasing a Mattress. However, after a visit to our local Dreams, laying down and using the simulator after providing details of sleeping preferences it gave us a choice of mattresses which we then laid on them all. The mattress is very good quality and made extremely well, it seeded to be ok when i tried it in the store but i soon found out it was not going to be any good for me because of my spinel injury, Dreams was extremely helpful and have now sorted me out with a different one, this problem wasn't anything to do with the mattress the problem was with my back.

I have only slept on it for 14 nights and the delivery person told me I had 114 nights to decide whether it suited me. So far, so good. I turned it round yesterday (not over) as advised and managed that with no problem. Easy to manage which is important when moving and changing linen. So all I all I am happy but I should be because it was expensive.

This mattress is so comfortable, just the right level of firm for me and the texture is so soft. I was reluctant to put a mattress protector on as it feels so lovely. Its actually fairly light for the mattress size, we got king size. Its worth the money as I can imagine we will have this for the full mattress shelf life.

My mattress arrived at the beginning of August and all I can say is what a relief! I have been suffering from a hip bursitis for a while and I now think this may have been caused by a very old mattress (12 years old) I have now been waking pain free for a couple of weeks now, and this mattress is wonderfully supportive.

Really impressed with Dreams. The bed looks great and mattress is really comfortable. We chose to have the bed assembled and the guys did a very quick and professional job. As they were assembling it they noticed the bottom panel on the ottoman storage was damaged, so a replacement was ordered and came the next week.

The Paddington is a beautifully made and incredibly comfortable medium soft mattress. Dreams assessed my sons weight, shape and sleeping positions and identified medium soft as right for him. Comfy comfy comfy. Nice firm sides. Medium mattress. Lovely soft topping but unfortunately it makes the mattress protector move but not so much that i would not recommend or buy again. Having had this for 3/4 weeks I can say its a very good mattress, very well made. Not as soft as the one in the showroom ( had only been out a week ) so dont think it was shop warn. Hopefully it will feel more like the one we tried in time. Still comfortable though. Overall very happy with it

Supportive for back. Top layer meant to be memory foam (I doubt it) but its not responsive and not soft. I have a thin memory foam in another spring bed and that seems to work better and a lot cheaper! I would go for the upgrades sleepeezee as might be better. I wont as too expensive for me!

First couple of nights the mattress felt very firm, but it settled down very well into the medium firmness that we wanted. We are both sleeping so much better and longer. There is no movement transferring across the mattress, so no disturbance. Would really recommend this product

The mattress is very comfy and supportive - I am a back and side sleeper. The only things are that it is slightly too small for my bedframe (a standard double) but it doesn't move around and that it would be advisable to buy a mattress topper to stop imprints on sheets!

So soft and comfortable. A little firm so you don't sink into it like with memory foam mattresses however because this is a spring bed it's soft with a slight cushion feel to it. The mattress itself has a soft fur like top layer and is a dream to lie on!
