customer service was good and so far my son is happy with the bed and mattress and thinks it is very comfortable. Lets hope it lasts. I am never going to think they are good value for money though as the prices for mattresses are exorbitant in general. Even a basic double bed for a teenager cost 1000

Good product although brought a mattress with a specific organic material top which is very soft. You put the topper on and this feeling is all lost because of this. It feels like a standard sheet and fits in the same way with elastic corners.
