My back finally decided it had had enough so begrudgingly I visited Dreams on Clapham Rd one grey Saturday morning. I was warmly greeted by customer service (soz cant remember name!) Who immediately set me up on the bed wizard thingy which at least gave me 5 mins peace from my young niece who had by now decided to try out every bed in the showroom. Programme finished I was shown to a very expensive Tempur mattress which wasnt suitable for either my purse or my taste. After friendly discussion, I was shown two mattresses in my budget, of which one fit the bill perfectly. Again, there was no 'hard sell' and I even had a free quilt thrown in! A few weeks later my mattress was delivered and I can honestly say I have never slept better. Thanks Dreams!

I received a whopping offer for a sofa bed which comes with four Silentnight Super Springy Pillow 4 pack. Unfortunately due to sizing and re-assessing the Sofa bed could not fit in the guest bedroom as we wished. I returned the Silent night pillow pack but returned to the store next day to re-purchase the pillows. I couldn't help it as they looked so comfortable from the packaging. I must admit, I am smiling from side to side as I am so glad that I have purchased the pillows. I have had my son's babysitter stay over and she also complimented on the Silentnight pillows. I definitely recommend these to family and friends and anyone who may be hesitant to purchase them. DO IT! :) you won't regret.

i bought these pillows as part of a deal when buying a new bed. Im only giving 3 stars as theres not particularly anything wrong with them, but in my opinion they are not comfortable. They are certainly not springy, with two of these pillows i still feel like i have no pillow. They sink straight down and yhere is no support. For someone who had to get a firm bed for support, i like to be slightly elivated at my head when sleeping and these do not support that. As i say, they may be perfect for someone else but for me, they don't offer enough support. I've gone back to using my old pillows so a bitnof a waste of money for me.

I bought these a few weeks back and these are the best pillows Ive bought in years. I dont expect pillows to last long, but I do want them to be perfect for their short lifetime. These are so soft and yes... pillowy. I have a pillow method, the pillow attack for a good nights sleep. Under pillow is the back up, he needs to be firm and study, with a loose fitting pillowcase... then choose a perfect top pillow (like this one) and use a close fitting pillowcase so it keeps its shape. The perfect combination of placing your head on a cloud. If you need new pillows just get these and I promise you will not be disappointed!

What a pleasure to receive excellent service from the time we walked in to the Worthing branch to the time our products were delivered and installed. The store manager who served us could not have been more helpful if he tried. H's knowledge of the products and his suggestions were very helpful in making or decisions. ....then dont hesitate and buy this mattress. After 10 years on my old mattresses it was time to change it. I didnt know what I wanted, there was so much choice. But I knew memory foam wasnt for me. I tried a few mattresses on display finally settled for this one. It can be difficult to assess how comfortable its going to be unless you actually sleep on it, so I would advice to take time, dont just sit on the edge like a few customers did when I was shopping. Going back to the mattress: super comfortable, great value for money. Happy customer.

I purchased these pillows as I was buying a new mattress and bed frame from Dreams and they came at 50% off. I didn't expect that much from them as they were so cheap but in fact they are some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. They seem to find just the right balance between support and softness. I have over the years bought loads of different pillows - both expensive ones and cheaper ones trying to find just the "right one" and never succeeding. But these pillows are really great and I am very happy to have found them!

I got these for half price because I was already buying a new mattress, probably wouldn't have bothered otherwise but I am so glad I did! Had the old pillows for many a year now and the second I plopped these on the bed and smashed my face into one I knew I was about to have the best rest I've had in a long while. 100% recommend these, really squishy and they have maintained a healthy plumpness with ease so far. I for one find it very difficult to find a comfy pillow, they are either too hard, too soft, too bulky or just plain pointless and this includes a lot of the memory foam pillows as well! I tried one of these the other night my head literally sank into the soft, springy pillow and I woke up the next morning feeling like I had a good nights sleep! No neck ache, no having to fold it in half or throw it on the floor, just an incredibly comfortable pillow. Thank you Silentnight it certainly was!! 100% recommended.

An absolutely fantastic and innovative new take on the classic sack of straw head rest. No more sleepless nights picking out sharp pieces of dried grass and insects from my face. Instead a rustle free, perfect six hours of BoBo. With the added bonus of an almost decadent level of comfort and it didnt smell like a wet Dog. Suffice to say, as an aid to a perfect nights sleep these pillows are priceless. in this case free :-) and a superb match to the rather comfy mattress I had actually purchased that afternoon.

I find it so hard to find a decent pillow, despite trying so many types. These pillows are soft, and comfortable to the skin. As for springing back, there's not much to spring back as they are not exactly plumpy pillows. It was a good deal half price but I use 4 pillows, 2 of these soft ones and two firmer ones. My husband likes them but also says there isn't much support in them. If you like a soft pillow, ideal for you. If you like to be raised quite high when in bed, try something firmer.

I shopped around different stores for a single bed for myself. And can I say from the minute I went into dream store and asked for help it was second to none. We previously had our memory foam mattress for 8 years before buying this one. It was comfy but it was time to get a new one. I need a firm mattress because I suffer from back problems- including sciatica. However I didn't want to feel like I was sleeping on bricks. The first couple of nights on the new one weren't fantastic. The mattress was brand new and quite stiff. However, a couple of weeks later, it provides a really good nights sleep! I've always thought of myself as a medium to firm pillow kind of guy, but these pillows have changed my mind on that completely. Though super springy and soft, my head doesn't sink through them and hit the mattress. My neck feels supported and the discomfort I have felt previously in my shoulders is all but gone. As a side-sleeper, I find these pillows to be perfect for my needs, though I'm sure they would also serve back-sleepers just fine too. Like putting my head on a cloud.

Though I bought this because I am fed up of pillows losing their shape I still had some reservations about whether or not I may have to sacrifice comfort for firmness in order to retain the shape and support my head. However I needn't have worried as these pillows are the perfect combination of softness that retains its shape. These pillows are amazing. For me to be able to sleep, I need my pillows just right, otherwise I end up tossing and turning and wake up with a sore neck and headache - these pillows are an absolute dream though. I have been getting some high quality sleep due to these pillows. They're so soft and fluffy AND are cruelty free!!! You sink into them but there's still support and they've held their shape over the last few weeks. Even our dogs love them!

Having had our old mattress for 13 years we decided, like us, it should be retired. Visiting 'Dreams' we found our perfect mattress. Now all that were needed were pillows. Ive had these for about 3 weeks and still feel fresh and springy each day. They are a soft, light weight and easily mouldable pillow which are great for those night wrigglers like myself. I wouldnt recommend if you need support for your neck but by far the comfiest pillow Ive ever bought! Only down side is that you need to place 2 pillows in a single pillow case to get maximum fullness but for the price I couldnt grumble much on that!

For the first week these pillows were so fluffy and felt like bliss but like a lot of pillows they seem to lose their firmer texture very quickly. My partner thinks Im overreacting as he still finds them very very comfortable but for myself I find I have had to use another cushion aswell as my two pillows. But I wont complain because they are lovely quality and the lining looks like it will hold a lot better than other brands I have had!

We purchased this bed around 2 months ago, but due to Covid delivery took a little longer than usual. However, Dreams were fantastic from start to finish by keeping constantly in the loop whenever there was a situational change ie production starting. I'm not personally a fan of big fluffy pillows, or I wasn't until I slept on these! Wow they are so comfy, I used to wake up regularly with neck ache but no more! 5* can't recommend enough!

I bought these pillows a few weeks ago and I'm so happy with them! They're so comfy, they're soft but bounce back when you take your head off them and never flatten. Because they are springy they mould to your neck so you never wake up with a sore neck which is great too. I used to sleep on a rock now I sleep on a clouds. These pillows are an absolute delight for a heavy head. Now that I use this pillow I do not get headaches or aches and pains in my shoulders and neck. The bounce is great as you feel like your sleeping on a brand new pillow every night. We bought these a month ago, thinking theyd be like any other pillow, but they were far from it! I go through lots of pillows because they get ruined when I drool in my sleep, so finally I decided to stop buying cheap pillows and got these instead with some waterproof pillow protectors and my god this is such an improvement, never going back to cheap pillows again and ironically these came with the mattress insurance so they are probably the cheapest pillows I have ever purchased!

I have now had these pillows for a couple of months and by now most 'normal' pillows would be beginning to flatten slightly, not these.....Still as soft and spring and comfortable as the day I got them and provide great comfort and support throughout the night. These pillows were part of a package that we purchased from dreams. They were initially intended for the guest bedroom, but after trialling them for one night they haven't left the master room. The bed is fantastic. We upgraded from a horrible old Spring bed so it does feel like luxury in comparision. The mattress is very comfortable and is also firm so it has enough support. The only minor drawback was that it smelt quite chemically for a month or so. We stripped the bedding back when possible to air it and it went away. To us this was definitely a great investment!

These new pillows are a god send. My old ones where flat and tired and I couldn't sleep much. But with these I have been sleeping like a baby for the last few weeks. The are super soft and so comfortable to rest my head on and the give the right amount of support for the head and neck. Got these half price when buying a bed but would be happy to have paid full price for the quality! Bought new pillows for all the family and when they all came wrapped in a tight packet I couldnt imagine there being four pillows in there! But when I opened them and shook them round a bit the pillows were lovely and full. Had them for a few weeks now and still keeping shape. These came with a bed and mattress I bought. Although they appear soft and comfortable in fact they are far too soft. My head disappears in the middle of the pillow and the sides trap my cheeks! The only way I can use them is to put a much firmer pillow underneath and then I can get used to the strange experience without getting lost inside the softer ones.

I received these pillows free with my mattress order. I was sceptical at first as I thought they would be cheap and uncomfortable but I have been using these pillows for about 2 weeks now and am genuinely impressed. Theyre comfortable and not too firm. I bought a New Divan Bed and a Firm Mattress the bed is nice and high . The pillows help provide support when I am reading or crocheting. When my eyes start closing I suggle down to fall sleep. Bought for own bed but i could not use them as too flat for me, so i ihave used them to decorate the bed. This mattress is very comfortably for a firm mattress as that's what my husband and i needed. I suffer from a sore hip and my husband a sore back but i would like to confirm our problems have disappeared now. We should have made the purchase a while ago but done now. We also putchased the tempur pillows and we sleep a lot better very comfortable.

These were bought as secondary pillows to replace some old tired ones. They were advertised at half price when bought with the silentnight mattress. They are well made, soft and huggy is how I describe them. They do return to they're normal shape once you get up. Overall I'm happy with what I paid but don't think I'd go full price for them.

I got this pack half price when I bought my new mattress, I needed new pillows anyway. They have been fantastic. Very bouncy but not too dense so you still sink into the pillow, but you still feel as though your neck is supported. Would happily buy them again. It's been over a month and they are still as springy as the day i got them. Fantastic.

The gentlemen who delivered the bed were a credit to this company and a great example of premium customer service. They were polite, removed shoes at the door (even though I wouldn't have asked them to do this), took the bed upstairs without complaint, assembled it (even removing tiny staples) and took away all the packaging. This was completely bought by chance as I had no experience of these pillows. I always prefer the sort of pillows you get in expensive hotels and Silent night is exactly that but at a very affordable rate. Firm yet soft and extremely comfortable. Bought these pillows just after Christmas. The courier said they'd been delivered - they hadn't! I contacted the service line and the call handler was extremely helpful and arranged another delivery - which arrived on time. So although it went slightly wrong - very well handled with no fuss. These came as a freebie with purchase of bed. They are ok. I didnt expect too much as there were four vac packed into a tight compact roll. They bounce up but we have used two and they are a bit soft for a medium support. Grandaughter, aged twelve, likes hers at weekend so i guess its just oldies need something more substantial.

My partner prefers a deep pillow and I prefer a fairly flat on but we have both been happy with these. I guess they are as springy as the name suggests. Bought these pillows about a month ago and they are very comfortable and good for my allergies as I cant have down pillows, however theyve already lost some volume and I imagine will continue to do so going forward. We decided to purchase these pillows on top of our new mattress. Well, where else would they go? My other half describes these pillows as, "like laying your head on a cloud." I've not been able to afford new pillows in about a decade. I've done what I've always done since I was a child, double up inside the pillowcase and have two sets on the bed. These are decent pillows and they were not suitable for my family as they are not firm. Nowhere on the Dreams website does it say how firm or soft they are. So if you like soft pillows i.e. when you put your head on them your head will almost touch the mattress, then these are the right pillows for you.

I bought these pillows together with the firm mattress. I didnt think much of the pillows first, they are not bulky at all and I thought they were not going to give me any support. I treated myself to these when I bought a new bed frame as they were heavily discounted. They are so comfortable I would have paid twice the price if I'd known. They squash down in all the right places but spring back into shape when you change position so give lots of support when relaxing in bed.

I bought the 'springy' pillows a couple of months back alongside a new bed frame. When they arrived they were great, but only for a few days. They went flat just like any other pillow did after a week. I understand pillows do this but they shouldn't be advertised as 'super springy' as they aren't!

These pillows are perfect if youre looking for a pillow to sink straight in to! Theyre super soft and comfortable! They arent firm so if youre looking for firm pillows these arent the ones! But if youre looking for a pillow your head just melts into this is 1000% the pillow for you!!

Bought a mattress. Organised delivery only to have to change it. Easy to do. Delivery was superb. Got phone call day before, text as well. On the day got phone call to say they were on their way. Two lovely guys arrived, unpacked it, took it upstairs, took away packaging and old matteress.

Quite hesitant to add these pillows to our mattress purchase, as i hadn't tried them in store like we did the mattress. However, once i laid my head on them for the first time later that night, i instantly changed my mind. Really comfty pillows. Recommend to have 2 for that extra support.

Great pillows. Chosed these as thought they spring back to shape. However, they went a bit flat after about 10 days. Fluffing them up makes no difference. Not really worth the money. Cant say anything wrong about the delivery though. Always kept in contact to update me. Brilliant service

I received these pillows free with the mattresses I bought to go on a new trundle bed. I have to say that they would not have been my personal choice. They are lovely and soft, thats the problem ..... too soft, but this is a personal preference not a problem with the product itself.

Pillows are good but not the best pillows in the world. Theyre good for the price especially the prices some pillows get to. Theyre comfy and springy. We have them in the guest bedroom and Im sure when the world gets back to normal nobody would complain about having to sleep on them.

These pillows are nice and soft but i wouldn't really call them springy. I've had them just over a week and they are already losing their shape, despite giving them a good plump every morning! Will see how long they last - not sure i would buy again as they were fairly expensive.

These pillows are very springy and don't loose shape, or haven't over the last month. They are very soft and your head falls right into them which is perfect for some. I personally prefer a slightly firmer pillow but I can't downgrade the product for my personal preference.

This is the second Ottoman we have bought - the first was King size and we needed another for our amaller apare room. This bed looks smart but also provides loads of storage which is always useful. Only comment is you need a little strength to pull up/ push the base down.

Very squishy! Soft fabric and very squishy so needed to sleep on 3 .. ended up using our old 1s and giving them to the kids and they sleep well on them. Would recommend for a spare room or kids bed .. not ideal for master bedroom really unless squishy is your thing! :)

The mattress and pillows that were free are really nice, especially considering the price. In addition, delivery was free, it was relatively inexpensive to have the old mattress removed and the communication and service from Dreams was exceptional. Definitely recommend.
