Rebecca's favourite sleeping position
"Well, sleep and I have a bit of a complicated relationship. I'm what you'd call a 'toss and turner.' I don't really have a go-to sleep position; some nights I'm on my back, other times I'm on my side or even my stomach. It's a bit like a nightly dance, if you will.
Because of this restlessness, my sleep tends to be interrupted. I often find myself waking up at odd hours, and it's been a challenge to get that solid, uninterrupted sleep that we all crave. But I'm proactive about it; I've been making lifestyle changes aimed at fostering better sleep habits. This includes everything from tweaking my diet to incorporating relaxation techniques before bedtime.
I'm still in the process of figuring out what works best for me, but the goal is to eventually enjoy more consistent, restorative sleep. It's a work in progress, but I'm optimistic that these changes will lead to better nights and, consequently, more productive days filled with writing and creativity."
