I've had my new bed frame, mattress, pillows, duvet, sheets and covers for over 3 weeks now. In this time I have had to say this is the best 3 weeks sleep I have ever had!! I have a lot of problems sleeping normally due to my mental health, anxiety and my rheumatoid arthritis. Sleeping was one aspect in my life that I always dreaded at the end of a long and tiring day, because i always really struggled with sleeping. The bed frame itself is an "Ottoman" bed which is also very well made. The space it has under the bed is fantastic! For months I've been told to get a new mattress, and I've brushed it off as 'my one is perfectly fine!' 'Its comfortable because it's used to exactly how I sleep!' And 'my hip pain is due to other reasons, not my bed!'. However, when my old mattress decided to attack with one fairly aggressive spring in the night, I decided to bite the bullet and splash out on a new mattress. I was admittedly skeptical of all the reviews and articles, but since they were all fairly consistent and I wanted something that would last some time, I chose a Simba. When it arrived and was unfolded I was already impressed by how deep and soft it was. The box said to leave it for six hours, and I thought there wouldn't be much change, either way I left it to its own devices and continued about my day. When I came back upstairs those six hours later, it had almost doubled in thickness! The mattress is incredibly deep (which means those new sheets I bought had to be replaced with much deeper ones), and adds a substantial amount of height that does make the climb into bed just that little bit more literal. Still, it's just the right amount of soft and firm, so I both feel like I sink into it, and am properly supported. I lay down on it and didn't want to get back up. I felt the exact same way the next morning when I woke up for the first time in who knows how long with no hip pain! Since getting the mattress it's made a world of difference to my back and neck pain too, which previously had me constantly feeling like an uncracked glow stick. The worst part of the mattress is that I've had plenty of told you so's since buying it. But the better mood from my reduced pain has made the smug attitudes at least bearable. The price is high, and it's a shame that they wouldn't allow any offers to be applied with military discount (I was excited for the pillow but alas), but the mattress really is worth the cost. Just do be aware that you may need a stepping stool to get on it if you're short like me, but you'll only ever need it the once as you'll never get off the mattress again!

Me and my partner bought this pillow 7 years ago! We don't even need to replace them, but we'll be buying 2 more soon so that when they do eventually wear, we won't be without them. These pillows are amazing, great quality and super comfortable. Well worth the money. Everyone else I know spends about 50 a year on a pillow, mine has lasted me 7 years and I've spent what my friends would in 2 years on 7 years worth and it still is going strong! I loved it straight away, but my brother bought it and hated it, I told him to keep trying and get used to it and within 2 weeks he called me and told me that he's ordered another one and he now loves it

If you purchased this pillow and expected it to be soft and cushioned like the one in the shop then you'll be wrong. Take it out the supplied white pillow case which makes it rock hard. Purchase a soft box shape pillow case and it transforms the pillow completely. I couldn't sleep well with it for weeks and persevered with different normal pillow cases. Once I purchased the box shape it was a game changer. I've used it for nearly 6 months now after removing the supplied pillow case and had no issues. Wish I'd known that in the first two weeks of restless nights.

Love my new mattress, tried several Dunlopillo mattresses in shops and like the gentle support of this one. For me it offers the support with out being too hard. Tries a few orthopaedic mattresses and just found them uncomfortable. It's a bit more than I planned to spend but have no regrets. Decided to buy online as it was in stock so received next day and they took my old one away which was a God send.

A expensive item and took some getting use to, but it's ok now. Because of its composition it does have a certain smell, which is fading with time. To be honest I'm not sure if I'd buy another one, but as I haven't really used it for that long I'll have to reserve judgement on that. I do get less neck ache when I wake up in the morning than I did with my original pillow, so that's a bonus.

I only read previous reviews after buying this pillow. Quite surprised. We get on with these pillows well. Comfortable. Bit of a struggle to fit into a normal pillow case but we'd just bought some John Lewis pillowcases which are an extra couple of cms wide and they fit fine. I previously used 3 very cheap pillows but only need 1 of the Dunlopillo hybrid. They are very firm but comfortable .
